This hotel is in one of the best locations in North Conway. You walk out the hotel door and one block away are so many wonderful shops for clothing and food and anything you need for your travels. There’s a Market Basket grocery store within walking distance. The property feels safe and no worries about where to park your car. The outdoor swimming pool is heated and meticulous and the lobby is well decorated with natural themes. The king size bed and room we’re comfortable and super clean. And when you check in, a welcoming voice greets you. My wife and I think this is the best hotel to stay in in North Conway after staying in many others in town.

Some parents let their kids run loose through the breakfast buffet and one was licking the pancake syrup off her fingers that she got from the syrup sprout.

Lots to do right in property - a great outdoor heated pool and hot tub, plus a large fire pit, corn hole, ping pong, and a playground. There’s also a small arcade and a great movie theater room right in the hotel too!

The room was spotless on our first and second day after the staff came, but the third day the beds were barely made - it looked like someone just threw the covers up. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. One of the elevators was broken so the wait to get around the hotel was always pretty long - it’s a huge hotel!

Location, room, facilities, family/child friendly

Found someone’s dirty shorts under the pull out couch. One elevator out of service made for frustrating lines and impatient guests. Flat tire on luggage cart - should’ve been taken out of service immediately. By the time we noticed it was fully “Jenga” loaded with our belongings and there wasn’t another one available. All small “fixable” things

Had a king size bed and it was so "comfortable" !!!

No cash is accepted to pay at the bar for drinks, breakfast and/or dinner. Your CCard is charged $150 up front when you ✅️ in, in case you use something. You will be credited back the balance to your CCard when you ✅️ out. Can take up to 2 weeks per your bank. Bathroom could be bigger!

Outdoor Jacuzzi is the best. The location is perfect. Beds are comfy.

Super crowded. Wish the bar was open. There should be adult only time for outdoor Jacuzzi.

The pool indoor and outdoor were good. Loved the fact that they had a playground and game room for the kids. The shopping center near by was great too.

Could have been a little more convenient with 3 working elevators instead of just one. But my toddler practiced patience during our stay lol.

The pools and the play structures on the property were great as well as the nightly kids night activities and ice cream social. I have a 7 and 2 year old so these have our girls something to do when we were at the hotel.

I have nothing negative to say.

The staff was very friendly, and we meet new acquittances. Near the shopping area so we did not have to use our car. The meals were good so going out was out of the question. It was peaceful and quiet, you wouldn't realize you were in a hotel.

Property was spacious and had plenty to do around the area. The amenities were lovely such as the pool and dining

I wasn't completely sold on the bathroom. I was hoping for more space inside. It felt crampt. Another thing was that the air conditioner took very long to get the room to cool.

Everything! Room was nice. There were free snacks and drinks in the lobby. The outside pool area was stunning. Giant chess board, fire pit. Pool and hot tub. 2 beautiful ping pong tables. Indoor pool and hot tub were great too! Just a super lovely hotel!
