The room was very comfortable, being a suite. There was a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The beds were comfy, and there were darkening shades. Being new, it had new furnishings. It was nice and quiet at night and sufficiently warm enough that we didn't need to run the heat or cooling system. The staff was friendly and the saltwater pool was warm and clean. The 24-hour access to free coffee and tea was exceptional!

The breakfast was disappointing, as it was the usual low-fiber SAD processed fare. More fruit and grain options would've been nice. We enjoyed the pool but wished there was a hot tub.

Room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities of home. Bed, furniture and pillows were all very comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping, including tourist traps and grocery stores. A minute or two from the east end of the Kancamagas highway. And for me, within walking distance of a Starbucks (We're from the Seattle area).

I did not find anything lacking.

Pool was nice! The location is close to everything so that is really great. Staff is very responsive and it's nice to see other families and kids while you are staying at a place (my son loves it).

My son has an allergy (to milk) and I was a little disappointed with the variety of food that he could eat because last time we stayed here, there were potatoes and bacon which he really enjoyed but this time there were only breakfast sandwiches/bowls all which contained milk. I also thought $400 a night was a bit much but I guess it's a weekend in the summer.

We loved the facility. It was very clean and well designed. Room was perfect for our family! Well above our expectation. The staff was A++++ ! Could not have asked for better. From checking in, to the front staff, to the breakfast service. All super nice!

I could hear everything from the room next door. They woke up about 4:30 AM each morning. I could hear lots of beeping as if they were using the microwave a lot. Their "littles" kept slamming the cabinets open and shut. Otherwise, that was it. Just construction of the building and not much you can change there.

Excellent!! Clean, comfortable. Room was very large! Shower water was hot and pressure was fantastic! Breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommend!

There was nothing we didn't like!

Everything was wonderful from the staff to the food and the comfortable room. We didn’t get to use the pool but I heard some people sitting next to us with kids said it was great. The breakfast was really good and the staff very accommodating. The rooms were so spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with essentials. The bathroom was very top notch and the shower was amazing.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about our stay.

The room was very clean. Personnel throughout the hotel were superior. Location was extremely convenient. Pool was clean and set to a very enjoyable temperature.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, but that is a subjective comment. Some items in the room were in serious need of repair or replacement: the legs on the rolling table were loose/askew, and the room separating curtain was in very poor shape. The breakfast was underwhelming: poor selection, items left out too long.

The room was very nice and the staff was amazing. Went out of their way to accommodate my husband's issues with cheese and made him a fresh breakfast sandwich without cheese every morning. They also took the time to have a 10 minute conversation with my 5year old and my daughter was so excited. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again if ever needed.. location is excellent staff is great and the overall accomodations exceeded my expectations.

Cleanliness, extremely friendly/helpful staff. Large suite rooms, enough room for children to have somewhere to sit/play board games, etc. Breakfast area was clean, well stocked, staff was excellent. Kids had great selections to choose from.

Breakfast selection should include plain scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, better protein choices, less carb choices. The scrambled egg bowls tasted terrible and we all threw them out. Omelette selections should have a plain cheese omelette daily. Every day that had a pepper omelette, the sandwich selection didn’t include a plain choice. Too many sandwiches with sausage.
