Location is perfect from the point of transportation, but it also has a drawback: closeness to the main road results in noise in early morning if you prefer to sleep with open windows, as we do. With closed windows street noise is almost invisible, but then you need to use AC, because the air becomes too thick and warm. I actually loved 24/7 contactless way of check-in and check-out, and the fact that all service is by demand, and that there is no need to ask "no disturb" every single morning. For the short stay, we did not need any extra service. Spacious drawers and a separate space with hangers. Cute vintage design of certain furniture items! There are microwave, toaster and ice machine in the common area, plus fridge in the room. We saved decent money having breakfasts and dinners in the hotel. Second floor is perfect, with table, chairs, flowers and rocking chairs on the balcony! The city itself is quiet and pretty, as well as the surrounding of the hotel. The majority of restaurants and shops are in the Intervale which is 5-7 min by car northward. Nice parking lots, especially after Boston. Nice and welcoming people!

Beds are too soft, I would prefer firmer mattresses. But they are like that in all hotels, and most people love them, so I do not reduce number of points based on that.

The location is right in the middle of Conway, within walking distance to several restaurants. To be clear, it is away from the more tourist-centric North Conway. The room was cozy, comfy, and clean. The place is a bit dated, and they don't offer breakfast, but the price is considerably cheaper than many other places in the area. Stay here. Save your money for dinner. You'll be glad you did.

Everything was fine. We slept well, although we did hear a bit of traffic early in the morning.

Scenic Inn was in the perfect location for the start of the Kancamagus Highway. The Inn was much better than we were expecting for the price. Some people have mentioned it being near a busy road junction. Well it is but in fact there is a lovely green area directly in front of the property and the road is to the side. There is a nice place for breakfast nearby which we were told about by the lady in reception.

The accommodation was really nice, good facilities, very clean and top location. The staff was super friendly. Since we wanted to be right in Conway and thus close to our desired attractions, we have accepted that it is not so rural and a bit busier. The road is quite busy but you are also very centrally located. Definitely recommended.

The road was busier than expected. However, the hosts can't do anything about that. But as I said, you are in the middle of Conway, it does not get more central.

The room was spacious and we liked the 2 queen beds which were very comfortable. We appreciated having a 'fridge and coffee/tea making machine both of which worked well. The bathroom was excellent and all the facilities were clean. Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable. This was a very good base for our 4 night stay to visit the White Mountain area of New Hampshire.

Nothing, everything either met or exceeded our expectations.

I didn’t like the location of the bed in regards to the door. When the door opens, you see the bed. If you switch the room around and put the bed next to the window when you open the door, you would see the couch only and the foot of the bed. Every time my husband opened the door to go sit on chair outside, the bed was exposed. Otherwise very clean. Very attractive. Very quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

Love the staff, the location. The porch is the best! My back was so tired and achy after driving so far and your bed and pillows were so comfortable 💗 Has a toaster which is great to make toast for breakfast.

No microwave in the room. However, it's located in a central area with a toaster.

There was no breakfact offered

When we travel and stay for more than a night, we expect that room services would be provided. We were not informed during check-in that this would not be the case. It wasn't until we read the small circular provided that there would not be any room service. If we wanted towels changed, we were told to put them in the hall way and that did work. We always keep our room quite neat but it's always nice to return from a days adventures to a made-up bed, trash emptied, bathroom cleaned and rug vacuumed. I know that staff is difficult to find these days but the lack of this service didn't seem to show in the daily room rate. From now on, we will inquire if rooms service is offered before we book anywhere.

We are from the UK and did not have a functioning phone. Nobody at reception when we arrived but there was a notice to say phone and someone will come to reception. This would not be a problem for anyone with a phone. Luckily the owner turned up anyway. Otherwise we would have had to ask to use someone’s phone

No food at the location. But only a very short drive to Sweet Maple Cafe which is very good for breakfast. Good location if arriving off the Kancamagus, to then tour North to Mount Washington

The property is next to a major road which is also on a set of traffic lights. This can to be noisy with lorries of motorbikes as it starts to get light in the morning.
