Staff were friendly. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. There is a strict no smoking policy as well as a curfew regarding noise, which we were very happy with after driving a few hours we wanted a peaceful night's rest. We had a full-size fridge that had plenty of room for food and a freezer. The lobby was clean, and the public utilities were well maintained. There was even a basketball court, which my son was bummed he wasn't able to play on due to our schedule (maybe next time we could try it out!). We had a great experience, and we will definitely go back! *I couldn't add a pic of the bed due to the only pics I got had my kids in the photos. However, I did add pictures of the pull out couch, bathroom and our kitchenette.

The only thing I would say is the pillows weren't very fluffy, but it wasn't a bother since i usually bring a pillow or 2 from home when we travel. BUT, in all fairness, everyone has their own preference for pillows. I prefer mine more firm, there are people who like them softer. So it wasn't as if it was a bad thing, I just like firm pillows.

The staff went beyond excellent customer service. I can't thank them enough. They made sure we were comfortable.

There was a group staying at the hotel, and parents left kids unattended at the pool with no parent supervision. While I went into the pool area, the kids were acting recklessly. Running, diving in, and so on. No parents to be found!! A couple of mins later, moms walking in but seem not to care of children act. Will within seconds later, a kid jumps in seeing the other kid drowning. It's not the staff fault. It was a busy night, and while my group was just minding our business. There should've been a sign posted that no kids left unattended without adult supervision.

The property is really nice - beautiful and contemporary with lots of amenities and close to the downtown area, which means lots of options for dining, shopping, etc. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was ample parking and I loved the free laundry option. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options for even the pickiest eaters and the coffee is soooo good and always hot.

The bed was less comfortable than I'd like (a bit firm and not really supportive), but other than that, it was perfect.

There was a state wrestling tournament that weekend which is why we went. Friday night was calm, my kids enjoyed the pool. Saturday night was extremely loud, parents were drinking in the halls and lobby while their kids (a lot of them) ran up and down the halls yelling, playing football and acting a bit crazy in the pool. No one asked the kids to settle down and lower their voices. I did not let my children go to the pool that evening because there was just too much going on and I did not want my girls to get hurt or be in the way.

The space and the comfort of from was fabulous and the view, that it had a microwave, refrigerator, and on the rest room soup, conditioner and it was clean. It became one of my favorites from now on,

We stayed for a few days and the paper was not restocked and the towel was not replaced. It was not vacuumed after we left for the day so after the 2nd day you can feel a bit of the dust. There are other days that they have a door tag if you want them to clean when you are out, doing your thing.

Hotel amenities was amazing. I love everything about this hotel including the setup. It was very clean and the staff members were amazing . Melanie was the front desk attendant and she was great at explaining the amenities and well as other activities that me and my family could use . I definitely will book this hotel in the near future as well as tell friends and families about it .

I like everything. Wish I would’ve booked more than one day stay .

Nice staff, nice pool, great room

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Never been to a hotel breakfast that did not have OJ. Eggs and bacon would have been nice.

The staff was friendly and the hotel appeared clean.

The Breakfast was ok, However after 8 there was barely anything left. Even though, breakfast was over at 10. There was no Splenda for two days in a row. Also there is no room service on the weekends and we were not aware of this. So when we requested room service from one of the housekeeping staff. We were not told this and when we returned later that night the room was still dirty and we had no fresh towels. We notified the front desks and they provided towels but the room was not cleaned and the sheets weren't changed.

The sliding door that separated the bathroom and bedroom would not stay closed. I thought the toilet was malfunctioning but it was explained to me that the tank was slow to fill. The room would be too hot and then too cold when I adjusted the thermostat, couldnt seem to get it right. Kids (guests) were playing too close to my car in the parking lot with a ball

A phone call at 11 35 pm from hotel desk saying they got a noise complaint about our room. " Well unless we were sleeping too loudly you have the wrong room".We were unable to fall asleep again. Spoke to desk again in the morning and they were going to mention our inconvenience to the manager. Did not follow up with us.
