Room was well appointed, nice furniture and decor. Very spacious. The general hallways were kept neat. Courtyard had a nice sitting area as well as corn hole boards that we used. Enjoyed each room having balconies to view the courtyard. Parking area was well lit at night and safe enough for us to leave all of our luggage in the back of our truck without concerns.

The only issue was the breakfast that we paid to have included. Upon checking in they said it was covered for 2 guests per room we booked. The next morning we attempted to get food and were told it was only 1 per room. It was a whole ordeal to have the food service workers and the front desk staff figure it out and correct it.

Everything was quite OK. The room was big enough and the utilities worked well.

Service and treatment was good for all the hotel team, just only with the exception during the travel back to the airport with the shuttle driver, who I considered their reactions impolite and inconsiderate with us and luggages.

Cortyard Marriot staff, especially Alfonzo, was so accommodating and helpful, he really helped with our overnight stay. thank you Alfonzo.

Booking.com had old information regarding Courtyards airport shuttle. it caused us a longer wait than needed, so that wasn't fun but that's on BOOKING.COM not Courtyard. Also nowhere on our reservation was the name Marriot referenced so that was also misleading. So a 1 star for Booking and a 5 start for Courtyard Marriot.

I love the fact that it was so clean. The staffs were phenomenal. Christina and the young lady that was serving us st the cafe was beyond great. Their hospitality made the stay more enjoyable

No Breakfast. Location great. We booked specifically for park and fly.

Very upset with booking.com and Marriott about no park and fly available when we arrived. We should have booked directly and saved a significant amount of money.

The staff was excellent - I was able to use the workout area and it was great. We also really enjoyed the shuttle to the airport. It took the stress away !

I do wish the workout area had more equipment, like a cable machine. Other than that, everything was outstanding.

I want to express my gratitude for honoring my request for a clean room and no stains on the carpet and bathroom. We have stayed here several times, and there are more to come! Thank you again!

Only for a short overnight stay - arrived at midnight and left at 5:30 am - the room was crisp, clean and inviting as was the lobby. Information regarding shuttle to airport was perfect.

There wasn’t a complementary bottle of water in the room and coffee in the lobby available for early morning travelers!
