The hotel staff was very friendly. Actually being in the hotel was the only time I felt welcomed and treated politely in my whole trip to New York. People outside the hotel were rude, that's my impression coming from Canada where people is always polite. They spoke Spanish and I was happy to speak in my language. All the stuff was great, Mercedes and her husband made sure that we were having a good time in the hotel, she was always smiling and willing to help. Gracias Mercedes.

The cleaned the room every second day. Please if your policy is doing that at least change the towels in the rooms.

Great price, decent location to NYC and Jersey Cities. Fort Lee is a nice area and a 5 min walk behind the hotel leads you to the shopping area. Plenty of gas stations if you drive too :) The rooms are nice for the price and were clean. Good aircon unit. Was 94f outside but room was kept nice and cold. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Only problem we had was our neighbors children in the room next to us being loud on our last night. This was not the hotels fault and we would have sorted it if we stayed further nights. The walls are fairly soundproof

BED - was very very comfortable. Hotel room is extremely quiet, even tho the hotel faces onto the main highway, the most quiet hotel i have stayed at, on this strip of highway...have stayed across the road also at another hotel. Room was perfectly clean and tidy just what i needed

Breakfast room is quite small - BUT LOTS OF FOOD.

I can say it’s the most functional and charming hotel in the city, with no extra taxes for tourists, very easy bridge access, and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. If you have a car, it’s a great choice for the price. Thanks to all the hotel staff.

The breakfast options are great compared to other hotels, but the breakfast area is a bit small, and there isn’t a place you can access by walking. Other than that, it’s a good hotel.

I spent a weekend waiting for an interview at a private university on a campus in NY. This hotel allowed me free parking with an excellent rate plus breakfast. The place is curious but very practical with a shopping center behind, highway 4 below and the Washington bridge steps away. I dedicated the weekend to visit New York that I traveled without a car with a train (4) from the Bronx to Fulton. I went back via Jersey City- Hoboken but finally Uber. Perfect.

I had been staying once a year since 2015. (Except Covid Pandemic time) It had improved the breakfast options and special thanks because the hallways between rooms finally doesn't smells like cigarettes 🙌👍 Very clean as always and competitive prices (that keeps inviting us to stay again) Loved the location where there are a lot of cycling events and group rides close by.

Not all the Desk Staff were as welcoming as others, but i understand it is part of the culture of some New Yorkers. It will be good to have more illumination in the parking lot by the trees, feels kind of unsafe walking out and towards the car at night. Overall we were satisfied and definitely will come back.

Everything was great. Except they threw our trash out before we were ready and lost about 100.00 dollars in food. Staff was great except for the lady in the morning, she seemed a bit cranky.

The young lady at the front desk was wonderful and attentive. The staff quickly fixed a clogged toilet and the bathroom was super clean. Nice and smooth check-in. The coffee selections were amazing as well.

The room smelled musky...but we just put air freshener clips on the vents and left. When we came back it was great. I think folks should be told about the $100.00 additional hold and maybe have the option of paying that ahead as well.

It was clean and comfortable. Even though it's right next to a very busy highway, the room was quiet. The bathroom was big, and nicely done.

The ice and vending machines were at one end of the long building and on the 2nd floor. We were on the first floor and the room above us had a very squeaky floor when occupied.
