The hotel is located exactly next to the highway/freeway, meaning you cant’t access by walking. And no public transportation available, we spent almost 1 hour looking for walking route but no success ended up paying Uber for 29usd just to take us from the highway to the hotel. If you able to drive, then this property will be really strategic. if you travel using public transportation to get into Manhattan , then just forget it because it’ll cost more paying Uber since the bridge toll there is 20usd one way not including the fare yet.

I was hungry when I checked in and in a bad mood. Hilton is expensive and I was upset about not finding a hotel. the price I paid for the hotel worked out, as when I walked in the front desk offered complimentary cookies and water bottle. next I was invited to complimentary breakfast as I had a stomach and mouth full; I was impressed of the quality. After leaving complimentary breakfast, I was told there was complimentary lunch. I stayed in the Hilton Friday through Sunday and ate very well. You pay the price for a nice stay, but also you pay the price to be fed; without leaving the hotel to go get food. well worth it. thanks

Room 1520 has a nice view of NYC after dark. The shower has nice water pressure and hot water. There were two complimentary bottles of water in the room. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The property is dated and well used. Although there are no smoking signs near the front door, there were people smoking most times I entered or exited. Many of the advertised amenities of the executive level room were not available such as the evening honor bar, warm cookie, and complimentary shuttle to Manhattan.

Very comfortable, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.... this is a good place to spend time and relax with family.

The food was honestly disgusting, I will never eat at the restaurant again....had salmon it was store brought from Costco, my fiance had pasta with smoked salmon it tasted bad, please upgrade abd fire the chef the food is bad.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Room and public areas were clean, location was convenient, A little pricey, but that is okay. Only problem was bed and pillows were not comfortable. I woke up with my back hurting the first night. 2nd night slept in chair and felt much better. Overall I had a very good stay.

I love how the hotel staff works efficiently to meet the criteria of the hospitality here. I’ll keep coming back to this specific location because it’s extremely clean and pleasing to enjoy your stay at. Don’t forget to ask for the free cookies.

Everything was great. Loved the warmth of the room, and how spacious it was. The front desk attendant was very welcoming and very nice, offered cookies and made sure I was checked in perfectly.

The only issue with the hotel was that there was no microwave. The room was clean and the heater was great because I am not a fan of the cold weather. We were snowed in, and the one thing I did not like about that was that when we checked out, we were not able to move out of the parking lot because there was no snow ploughing and the guy plowing the snow completely ignored the fact that we were in the car waiting. I drove through the snow a few times before clearing through myself. The TV had no access to Netflix or anything else.

I had the choice of an end unit which made my stay a bit more quiet. However, the first morning I could hear someone hollering in the hallway at 6am. Not sure if they were staff or guest.

The property is easily accessible if you are eastbound on Route 4, but you need to turn around to access if you are westbound. I slight inconvenience.

The restaurant dinner food was disgusting my wife abd I didn't eat it..... so whoever owns this restaurant, please, for your sake, fix the fiood and fire the chef!!!!!!

Everything. Great breakfast for $12.00. Very nice staff. Everything was great. No complaints. There was a very nice man working the breakfast area. I Don’t remember his name other than he was from Poland. He was tall and lean with glasses. He was very engaging, very friendly and very accommodating. He deserves special recognition.
