The breakfast is great. The rooms are clean and so comfortable. The pool and hot tub clean. The grounds are beautiful. The staff now are courteous always say hello, not like when I stayed there years ago. They are so awesome now. Stay here you will not regret it.

What brought me back to stay here was the change of the Manager. The manager before was so rude,Carol, we ended up moving our stays to the Elegant, now I am so happy to be able to stay here again, now that she is gone.

Our room was spacious and comfy! Love that we had a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was great! And conveniently located next to Walmart and a Casino!! The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

Unfortunately we didn’t have any towels in our room when we arrived. We also didn’t have any spare toilet paper. Thankfully the lobby staff was kind and gave us everything we needed!

it was s beautiful property. the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I asked for 2 rooms and they did everything possible to have the rooms be next to each other. the breakfast was really good. it was nice and quiet.

one of our beds was broken at the bottom corner of one of our beds. My daughter also noticed that the lock for the restroom was broken as well.

Very peaceful serene atmosphere, really like it. Enjoyed the breakfast just wish it was until 10:30 or 11.

The only thing was the bed, not comfortable, hubby and I both woke up with backaches, hard and kind of bumpy. Maybe invest in new mattresses. Other than that all was nice.

What a lovely hotel in lovely surroundings. Rooms were excellent and clean. Plenty of room for parking and most the area has to offer was within reach. You do need a car to explore Ruidoso and the surroundings. We only stayed one night, but were very happy with the hote.

Check in was very slow. It took them forever to enter information into their systems.

Pool area was great was heated and hot tub was working very tranquil setting. Breakfast was very good and staff was really friendly..

The beds were not that comfortable and when we got to the room there was a 2x4 sticking out from under the bed so I had to pick up bed and granddaughter pushed it in. Just didn't feel solid and made lots of noise getting in and out. Other than that everything was great..

Katelyn was friendly and helpful when we checked in The room was clean. The breakfast was outstanding. Pretty location.

We had a bad mattress. Woke up both mornings with back aches bad enough that we had to take Advil.

The location is hidden and surrounded by trees. It has a beautiful little patio and gazebo. The breakfast has a wide variety and the food is delicious.

Beds are a bit hard, the small sofa smelled a bit dusty but nothing extremely bad.

The breakfast had a wide variety of items.

The only issue I didn't like was I got there late and planned on staying until check out at 12:00pm and the housekeeper knocked on the door. There wasn't a do not disturb to put outside the door.

Location was wonderful, quiet, room was large, pet friendly, clean, breakfast was great as well as the pool!

Only thing I would suggest is lounge chairs at pool.
