The beds were comfy., the rooms were really cute. I had privacy, nice tv, lots of food places. train station across the street.

The manger who was a black women was nice at first but then gave me attitude towards the end. She was rolling her eyes and told me she would give me a refund but never did. The black front desk male, young tall guy was rude too’ he was rolling his eyes at me looking me up and down. These two weren’t very accommodating at all. when I was leaving they look at me and didn’t even say thank you for staying, just riled their eyes. Lilly and the other young lady at the front desk however were extremely sweet and accommodating.

lovely big room, huuge bed that i didn’t want to leave, plenty space for my things. i loved the big windows and balcony doors. very chill to wake up to such a cool view! also the staff are so lovely and helpful, and it’s in a super convenient place for the subway, and there’s loads of good food around (shoutout baba’s pierogies)

only thing i would add is a microwave or mini fridge to make it easier to eat in the room - staying for a week i would’ve liked to save some money every so often rather than eating out/ordering in every meal. otherwise there was loud construction during the day, it didn’t bother me at all but just a warning for anyone staying soon!

Right across from the local R and D train, only 30 minutes into Midtown Manhattan. All facilities inside the hotel are relatively new to the old New York City. The neighborhood is also quiet compared to most of NYC. The shower comes with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel from Davines ($30+/bottle market price).

There is no refrigerator so don't think about buying to-go or taking leftovers. The shower splashes water onto the floor due to its impractical design. The sink is too small while the faucet is too far out, you'd gotta be cautious with any water device here.

The staff were extremely friendly and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The location of the hotel in Brooklyn was a key point in being close to all transportation facilities and restaurants. If what one is looking for is a quiet cozy place to rest, then this is it.

It would have been nice if the facility would've had a microwave or refrigerator available.

Probably only the building site but there isn’t much you can do about that. Also it would have been nice to have a more spacious area to eat/meet in perhaps get a coffee or drink?

Location was ideal for me. Simple accommodation- comfortable bed. Very basic amenities. Very clean. Really great for the price. Space was ideal for one person. Two would be okay too though there would be less space for luggage. Close enough to Union Street Metro

Coffee quality a bit low. Would be helpful to have known Chromecast was necessary for TV use but no big deal. Walls are thin and I could hear noisy people in the hallway. I knew there was no frig or microwave- these would be nice but okay for the price.

The location is central, the bed is large and comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Earplugs were provided, but they didn't effectively block out the noise and were uncomfortable to wear.

The air conditioner generates a significant amount of noise throughout the entire building. I couldn't sleep during the nights I spent at Sonder.

Price and location were excellent. Room was very basic but exactly as we expected based on the booking+price. Staff always friendly and available. Did the job. Close to Subway and lots of cafes/restaurants/bars.

Bathroom and shower were tiny. Was fine but a little uncomfortable

The property is exactly as described: a no-frills stay with a clean, comfortable bed and pillows, and good water pressure. It’s well located if you want to be in Park Slope / Gowanus, and a great deal compared to other hotels in the area.

N/A. it was perfect for my stay. I lived in this neighborhood for a decade and wanted to come back to it. This property provided all I needed.

Clean room with everything needed for a short stay...but very very small. Service was EXCELLENT.

Understand this is not a long stay hotel but queen bed in such a small room was difficult. No chair to sit in. No dresser so you had to keep everything in your suitcase. Extremely small bathroom sink. No proper place to put coffee maker and not enough outlets. We were able to work around because our stay was so short and with the help of excellent service staff.
