The downtown location of this hotel, with free parking, was exactly what I needed. Easy access to restaurants and interesting local sights. My room was spotless and I had a great view of the setting sun over the Niagara River from my room. It was lovely. Breakfast was good too (and free).

It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room. That is always appreciated after a long drive. Considering I'm a Hilton Honors member, and there has been water in other Hampton Inn rooms where I have stayed, this would have been a nice courtesy here as well. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

Hotel was great, clean, easily accessible. I would stay here again for sure.

The room itself was nice and clean. The view was fantastic down the street, where there was a Bills block party going on. Staff was friendly. Check in and out was super quick.

Trying to work either TV's was like pulling teeth. Called the front desk to ask for a paper guide because most of the buttons on the remotes either didn't exist (they had a weird custom remote with like six buttons) or just straight up didn't work. The front desk didn't really understand what I was trying to complain about and offered to send up some batteries for the remote. (Not her fault, I probably wasn't clear with what my problem was.) So watching tv was brutal slowly turning through channels one by one and waiting for commercials to stop like a man sent from the past.

Location was perfect. The staff was excellent! When I got there, they told me I had two reservations through booking.com, although I only made one and only one showed up in my app. The staff was nice enough to remove the second one and not charge me.

Unfortunately, they had me in a king room handicap accessible, which I also did not book, but they didn’t have anything else to put me in as they were full for the night. They warned me that this frequently happens with booking.com.

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and tidy. AC and otjher options were excellent. Quite an amazing location and easy access to food etc. Pet friendly hotel and the front staff who welcomed us were sweet as well and quite friendly.

Parking is slightly messed up. You have to get down from the car to open the parking gates. Also the gate almost crashed on my car while closing with no warnings. So be careful.

No room service: beds untouched, shower items not refilled. Breakfast was a typicall American one: ok, but no differentiation to all the others

The staff was the friendliest! The rooms were super clean! The bed and pillows were SO comfy! I felt safe with the unique lock features throughout the hotel! The hot tub was great! The breakfast was good. I loved the decor! I loved the location as everything was within walking distance!

The towels are very small and there were only 2. There wasn't anything to place on the floor next to the tub to keep from slipping when getting out of the shower... Yes, I slipped and fell and it hurt. The swimming pool waterfall feature is super pretty but the pool was very gross an cloudy so we didn't get in. I don't like that we have to pay $10 for parking.

New and clean. Day staff excellent. Lots of parking. Lots of seating in breakfast room. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location. Key system provided great security.

I paid night staff ( after 5:00 pm ) cash for 2 drinks and a bag of pretzels which also appeared as a room charge on my bill. Day staff immediately upon my notifying them of the problem corrected the bill.

Everything was amazing! Breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean and very nice. facilities were amazing.

The staffing at night could have been better. Saturday evening in particular, there was a woman working and she seemed like she really did not want to be there. We asked for towels, and she stood at our door and waited for my wife to go collect our dirty towels before she would give us new ones. I don't know if it's because we looked like thieves or what but really did not appreciate that at all. My children and I were at the pool as well at the same time this was happening (I had asked for towels for the pool because there were none) and I had to ask two more times before I got them. I am sure this behavior was partly due to the staffing situation in the evenings, but really did not like being treated this way. We felt like an inconvenience. George was sweet and amazing both evenings.

The location is great. Also I liked pillows and bad,it was so comfortable to sleep. Rooms was clean.

I didn’t like a breakfast,because it was so poor. There were no any vegetables. Also,it’s is no so convenient ,when you check in,they withdraw $150 from the bank card in case the guest damages something.
