We were very happy with the opportunity to park our car at the hotel during our vacation outside the country. It was a very good rate. It was exactly what we expected for the type of hotel: near airport, practical, clean and friendly service.

We were disappointed that the advertised shuttle to the airport isn't accessible to all. If you are not the first to book it for a specific time (the shuttle can be booked every half hour), there isn't any room for you. There are only five spots in the shuttle. If there's a family involved, there's only space for the one family. For early departing flights, this is a bit of a hassle. We booked the hotel to have access to the shuttle an in the end, we used a taxi.

Love the cleanliness. You can literally smell how clean it is walking in. I saw floors being mopped every single day we were there. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and clearly take pride in their work. They offered great advice for future bookings and the surrounding area. The rooms were also very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our stay was quiet. The breakfast had good choices, covering the basics - eggs, sausage or bacon, juices, bagels, cereal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, and coffee/tea. What made it really good was how tidy the area was kept and the quality of the food. Nothing was dried out or old. It was kept fully stocked. The area felt safe. I didn't worry about parking here. Not far from anything you'd want to do in Syracuse. The price was reasonable and will allow us to be able to come visit more often, unlike hotels in the city. We also love the St. Francis statue in the lobby and the story behind it.

I have to really nit pick to find negatives. I did not like the soaps, shampoo, and conditioner offered. I will bring my own in the future. It was strange not to have washcloths in the bathrooms. There was a stain on the desk lampshade. It didn't affect the function of the lamp, but bad enough that it should probably be replaced since the rest of the room was so clean.The microwave didn't seem to work, but it could have been user error. None of these were deal breakers for me. Just trying to give my honest experience. This will definitely be our go to hotel when visiting Syracuse.

Nice clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff. Large walk-in shower and a very comfy king-size bed. Breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, cereal, waffles, muffins and coffee—something for everyone. The hotel was in great shape, not outdated, and nicely decorated.

It's on the outskirts of major areas, and nothing around; however, it didn't bother us as we were there for one night. There is frozen food, snacks and drinks you can buy if you get hungry or order in. There is a microwave and fridge in the room.

Front desk was very attentive, both nite shift and am shift. nite mananger even helped us find a reliable and reasonable Uber since their shuttle services had ended. Breakfast was delicious with very ample choices. Staff friendly and helpful; kept all eating and serving areas very clean. Morning manager was able and willing to take us early on our shuttle to airport. Beds were very comfortable; heater/A/C were quiet and efficient. Overall: ***** 5 star rating! We have no complaints what-so-ever! There was nothing wrong! Everything was right.,. I realize Booking reley on descriptive reviews, but I have already answered every question earnestly, and feel there was absolutely no complaints to mention: I have had none.

Super comfortable, large room. Lady at check in was very nice. She waived my shuttle fee for the morning because of the shuttle glitch (see below).

I booked this place because it had an airport shuttle. When I checked in I needed to return my car, but the evening shuttle person was on vacation so no evening shuttle was available. I panicked, but the morning shuttle still ran so that helped.

Nice room, close to our destination, liked area around it. Had everything close by. Nice bathroom Great complimentary breakfast. Great options and food was good.

The bed was ok to me. I really didn't get a good night's rest either night. . Unfortunately the seat of the toilet was loose so that was a little issue,. Nothing crazy though

Convenient location, spacious/comfortable room, very good breakfast, near a gas station/convenience store and restaurant.

The workout room did not have a fan or temperature control. The equipment was not angled toward the TV to view easily and there were no small towels;however, there was a water dispenser, paper towels and cleaning spray.

Everything was very clean and quiet. The breakfast is adequate for a hotel offering. Some of the rooms are adjoining, which is great for families, however, I wish they provided some type of a slide lock or bolt on the doors so you can feel safer with the adjoining door.

We stay here frequently and we always have the same "complaint" - the front desk is "unmanned" when we come in to check in and you can stand there for 5-10 minutes and no one comes. Last time, we actually left and came back an hour later and again no one there! But someone did eventually come after ringing the bell twice.

Room was super clean and spacious. Bed and pillows very comfortable. a/c quiet. . Full breakfast in morning. Area very quiet in general. Great hotel for the price.

Walls were a bit thin. We could hear the person talking in the room next to us and he was talking at a normal volume. We could hear every word. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Good location close to expressway,entertainment and shopping staff is very attentive the amenities where good to meet the needs of their guests.

There where no USB ports in the room, you must bring a charger adapter or use the media room. But if you’re intention is too sleep or rest this property is perfect.
