We really love the comfortable beds, linen and the clean modern rooms
We were not able to book the early (5am) shuttle to the airport and so when we did arrive to catch the shuttle it was full. There was mild panic amongst the guests that couldn’t fit on - as trying to find a Uber in that area at that hour was not going to be easy or quick - but there was fortunately an extra bus in the area that was able to come and help. I think getting guests to book the shuttle would be a good idea as it will give a good indication of how much space is needed beforehand

Choose this hotel for the location Had to be at the Airport 3 am.
I made two reservations back to back. Told to the lady at the front office that we would be leaving Niagara Falls and coming back. Still, when we came back they cleaned our room and moved our stuff to the lost and found, In plastic garbage bags. I did not like it at all, that they did not send an email or call, to see where we were. They said they did not know where we were. They did not see the next reservation. So they moved our stuff. And what about the payment I made? I paid for two days, to keep the room. They cleared the room. So I feel they need to refund the two days I did not have the room. My belongings were in the lost and found area. They put all the clothing that was in the room in a plastic garbage bag. Bad very bad This made me very angry

If it were possible to give 12 stars, I would What was supposed to be a short Mother's Day weekend jaunt with family for my 93-year-old aunt, turned into 7 days in a hospital after she fell within 2hrs of arrival. I will not name names as i run the risk of missing someone. FRONT DESK. TEAM Outstanding doesn't begin to describe the quality of care, compassion, and attention to detail from my first call to them to get 911 to the day that I left a week later. Sadly she spent the entire time in the hospital. MANAGEMENT TEAM We came for the mothers day weekend and had to extend our stay. What was already a stressful situation was alleviated when they agreed to adjust the rate for the extra days. I fully understand this is a business and no one has to do anything for you. WE ARE GRATEFUL for this generosity as every bit helps HOUSEKEEPING I spent my days at the hospital and coming back in the evening to a sparkling room, allowed me to decompress so I could do it all over again the next day. TEAM MARRIOTT JFK. You ROCK! My family will consider your hotel and the Residence Inn our home away from home. The hotel was clean and modern, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was of the standard you would expect from Marriott. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel shuttle was useful as our flight arrived late at night. It was straightforward how to get to the shuttle, though taxi drivers will try to convince you that the shuttle won't be there (it will, you just need to call the hotel to check). Roughly a 6-10 minute shuttle from the airport.
The hotel is in a residential area, though other hotels are next to it. I'm not familiar with the area but we did go out to a store - quite a lot of rubbish on the streets but otherwise was okay. The hotel is expensive, but it is close to the airport.

Hotel was beautiful, new, clean, modern. Beds were comfortable, definitely up to Marriotte's standards. Restaurant food was exceptional, the staff in the restaurant were fantastic. The two male staff that I encountered at the desk were absolutely fantastic, one in the evening and the other first thing in the morning at checkout (who don't need a friendly face greeting them in the wee hours of the morning).
The neighborhood and road the hotel was on, was not appealing. At check in the young lady was less than friendly. That's it!

Conveniently located near JFK Clean facilities and comfortable room — good shuttle service from airport to the terminal
Might have benefited from an outside space. No credible business facility to make quiet calls (music playing everywhere on surround system). M-level not worth the extra money (we ended up taking our breakfast and relax in the main restaurant which was far superior); we were there during some sort of evangelical conference. Quite noisy

The room was satisfactory. It was clean and quiet.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the fact that I was charged twice for the same room, in the amount of $854.86. I am still waiting for a refund to be issued back to my account. I was informed that a security deposit of $150 would be held, but the full amount was charged again. This is unacceptable, as the room was prepaid. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.

The staff and the service they provided was excellent. They were happy to store ALL our luggage without complaint. Their airport shuttle service was also terrific. We were only there for a few hours, but our room was very clean and well appointed for our short stay.
I have no complaints :-)
