Surprisingly good value, this was the second cheapest hotel at JFK when I booked it. Was not expecting much based on the prices charged by the other hotels on booking.com. The hotel was more than adequate and every facility to make my stay trouble free. Breakfast was included...make your own waffles juice and yogurts. Paid extra to hold the room for an extra three hours, well worth it. Would definitely return as this hotel represents great value.

Honestly there was nothing to complain about. Its a great value budget hotel close to JFK with hourly shuttle.

The Hotel is kool and the staff are very friendly

1. Hotel should improve on the complimentary breakfast 2. Restrict the smoke of MARIJUANA inside the Hotel and lobby. Create a designated space for people to smoke MARIJUANA if they chose to.. 3. I don't smoke at all not even cigarettes but the smell of MARIJUANA that I perceived both in the Hotel and on the street of New York also made me a second degree smoker

Hey we book a JFK hotel for late arrival and/or early departure, isn't it? Ask yourself what do we need? Clean room, private shower, comfy bed, free shuttle 24 hours restaurant and 7-11 walk in 1 min? Bonus Extremely nice staff? Bonus Good coffee and free basic breakfast? Wow and they are free This hotel is the JFK best deal !!! Want sth more? Put up your budget for the international branded, maybe a double-up on the price tag?

The design of the hotel itself is really a bit fussy since there's a few steps from lobby to room. The security setting of reception made me feel a bit scared (sorry I'm from Hong Kong, maybe that's American standard idk).

The hotel is decent considering it's price. It's a good choice if you have an morning JFK flight and need to spend one night close to the airport. I did not have a high expectation for the room, just clean, convenient, quite and I find this is a good choice. One more thing, Berger King and 7-11 are in 2 mins walk.

Nothing. I guess as long as you don't expect a luxury experience, you won't be disappointed. Afterall it's less than 100USD and it's in New York.

Very convenient to JFK—free shuttle to/from airport (AirTrain Federal Circle station). Free parking (we had a rental car for a day). It’s not a new building, but reasonably well maintained. Staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was meager: cereal (corn flakes or fruit loops), white bread, apples and sugary yogurt. To get to elevator, you have to walk down a flight of stairs (I saw what looked like a lift contraption, but they didn’t say it was working or available). Noisy in hallway as we were near elevator—ask for a room away from it. Not the nicest neighborhood, but I didn’t feel unsafe.

The shuttle was a small car 🚗 Was not Professional Packing to many people in a car was not a good look for The hotel and the Alarm clock didn't work car drove pass the shuttle stop without asking anybody what hotel you were going to Other shuttle drivers got out and asked what hotel you were going to

Hello friends, I am very satisfied with the choice of the hotel. The room is clean and equipped at the required level. The bed is very comfortable, sheets and towels are clean. I had all the bathroom necessities. The staff is kind, nice and polite. The hotel's short distance to JFK airport is excellent and important for a long connecting flight. The hotel met all my expectations of it. The value for the price paid is excellent. I recommend the hotel with all my heart. Thank you very much and have a wonderful day!

Clean rooms, quiet environment & easy access to transportation.

Staff was about obnoxious & rude, not sure if she understood what's 🤔 customer service, & the hotel policy are In making a customer comfortable, when it's basic request an not a customer being impossible. It's her response that anger me. But my stay was as aways a pleasant one. Clean rooms quiet environment, and accessible to easy amenities.

The check in and check out process was very good. The only bad experience was when we were picked up at JFK. The driver was not very helpful and was literally throwing our suitcases in hard. Had to remind him to be a little gentle. He parked and left us in the parking lot to bring our luggages in. Far cry from the one who brought us back to the airport. He was more than eager to please and very helpful with the luggages and all.
