. The rooms are comfortable and we had a lovely stay. The airport shuttle is super convenient

We stayed here on two occasions during our recent trip to America. On both occasions the hotel tried to charge me their daily rate instead of the Booking.com rate. They updated the rates as soon as I made them aware of this. On both occasions I was told that its good I noticed it before I had checked out as it would have been very difficult to sort out afterwards. I found the attitude to this an unacceptable practice.

The Management and whole staff plus some guests were exceptional courteous and so compassionate assisting the guests who were in need of assistance. The hospitality filled with patience to the point I am always willing want to assist them but they so professional and secure in assisting guests that I just thank The Lord for them and will recommend this location.Thank you for all you do in assisting my elderly father with his disabilities and kindness. My father really appreciate the staff and their patience and he enjoy their company and socialization with us.We are so grateful to you all.I hope when you get our age you are so blessed with patience and kindness done in love and business professional mannerisms always. I did not like observing some guests refusing to assist their children in Cafe area and hot appliances they are unable to operate the equipment or have language barrier to comprehend the instructions. We all I hope like a clean neat environment to enjoy our meals at anytime and once we finished leave it decent for the next guests.

I have difficulty understanding how you may gain points if you an Hilton Honor guest and who decide on the percentage for the reservation. After all I would hope I am getting some compensation for my retirement funds by getting a discount.Is it better to book on line third party.,or is better book through the Hotel and receives all the money and give the guests some reward for their business they are receiving. I have to say as justed retired and inherited the care of my parent whose is war veteran could use some better clarification of percentage discounts Maybe someone could give us .break down,we would appreciate it However Hampton InnJFK we feel is the exceptionallythe best Thank you..

They have really nice people. All the staff. Right from the shuttle bus driver who picked us at 1 am to the Eastern European front desk personnel who checked us in. Breakfast is better than most hotels ( more pricey ones) offer. Beds are comfy, showers were good. They are the only hotel in recent time who have a hot water/cold water free water dispenser. There is this breakfast manager who is extremely attentive on replenishing inventory and maintaining hygiene.

Nothing really. Everything was great. Probably not the best looking facade from the outside but everything on the inside was great.

good location very close to JFK. excellent breakfast, and convenient to have the bar open now for small bites in the evening, given that there is no place else to eat. front desk staff graciously allows us to ship packages there. we've sent 6 packages over our last two stays and none of them have gotten lost. 24 hour shuttle is nice since we usually arrive near midnight.

our room 815 had serious water damage on the wall and ceiling. there was water leaking from the toilet we think, and a puddle constantly on the bathroom floor. shower curtain was in need of replacement. room was clean, and they have renovated some areas, but a few appointments in the rooms need some attention.

Rooms were great. Breakfast was great.

Shuttle service was a little stressful just because there were a lot of people that morning and there was no way to sign up to be sure you would get on. People who came down much later were placing themselves in areas to be sure to get on before many of us who were waiting patiently by the sides. There should be a way to sign up and have less stress. The only other comment is that there should be enough toiletries for everyone. There is always only 1 set of shampoo, conditioner and soap. We had 3 people in our room. It's an inconvenience to have to call room service for more.

The surroundings and environment where you communicated with other people from different cultures and how they communicated with you although of different language and they not mind approaching you to embrace in conversations.I met some beautiful people and how they inquired about your family.The young people exchange programs and how they were enjoying NewYork and want to come back and also how shared their goals.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The check-in and out was smooth. The place was quiet. The breakfast was reasonable since it's complementary. The shuttle was there on time and the driver knew the terminals well.

I would give it a solid 10 except for some problems in how the coffee machine and hair dryer were not clean enough, and the bathtub drain was not draining the water fast enough. Since it was just an overnight stay, it was still perfect for me.

I’ve booked for a night ,the hotel was fine not more but the problem that I’ve booked it and they took 280 for the room but army at the booking and the resit it was lest .. with Al the Tex it was 220 but they curged me for 280

The staff and the facilities .We are so appreciative of their hospitality and I am especially appreciative how they accommodate their senior citizens with special needs. The breakfast acceptionaly good but we do not eat pork because of health reasons so I purchase beef or turkey sauces for my dad and we are blessed to have access to travel to market to get other items and share with other guests the blessings of this hotel.I would like to understand how and who provide the discount and how being member of Hilton Honor and Genius are an advantage for guests who decides to enroll however doesn't reap a special rate. The inconvenience of traveling to other floors for ice and my heart goes out for the guests when the elevator decides to misbehave and the seniors have to travel up the stairs because of inoperable elevator My dad he he decided to stay in the room and bring his breakfast upstairs because younger senior and I am able.
