It’s an updated and clean option for Montauk right off the beach. The location is ideal for those who want to be close to beach, have pool access and be able to explore town. The staff at the front desk couldn’t be kinder and more accommodating. They always greeted with a smile and were approachable and had excellent customer service skills. Facility and rooms were very clean

At this price point , it’s not acceptable to 1. Not have a keirig or Nespresso is the rooms. One shouldn’t have to leave the room to have coffee. If there isn’t a machine in the room coffee should be provided in lobby. Paying for coffee isn’t expected at this price or at any hotel in 2023. Even motels I have to stay at for travel sports have Keuirg in room now. The showers also aren’t ideal. A small shower is fine but a waterfall shower head in middle of small shower makes washing hair and body difficult without constantly turning off water.

I absolutely love the pool even thou the temperature was in the low 70’s , and a bit windy , the pool was perfect nice , clean and warm. The pool staff were always checkin in to refill my drink . You can’t bring drinks or food from The outside to the pool area. They have everything . Also I loved the chill , nice music the played throughout the day. I heard they have live music on Saturdays, next year I’ll try to come back and stay longer.

Pool area, wait service. Bike rentals, close by beach access, bar and restaurant. Accessible to all great shops and restaurants.

Small room and shower. No refrigerator room for my water and fruit. Parking was an issue too many people parked in front that weren’t staying at hotel.

Only thing the room should be aired a bit more as it smells like it has been closed for a while and there is no real window

EVERYTHING!!! The amenities, the atmosphere, the location… I want to come back here every year.

It’s definitely a bit pricey, and the food/drink on site is also expensive..but that’s par for the course in Montauk right? they didn’t have high chairs but it’s not the type of place you really go for a sit down meal with a family anyway so it didn’t bother us; there were tons of other places in walking distance that were available and accommodating!

The room was so clean, pool area was incredible, and staff was so accommodating. Best experience I’ve had at a hotel in a very long time, there are so many amenities available.

No mini fridge in the room

We loved that the beach was a 2 min walk, and the pool on the premises with lounge chairs all around was great. Bar and dining on the premises was also great, we’re definitely coming back

I am used to the four seasons; this was not that. but it was clean and nice. staff was nice and attentive. it’s a motel, but they’re all motels out here. give it a go; you won’t be sad

we were on first level and could hear people above us walking in their room. The smell of the soaps were not great.

Comfortable and extremely nice staff, they never pushed you to purchase anything.They just left me alone which is what I wanted
