This hotel was a perfect, reasonably priced, and well located stay for my family's trip to attend the U.S. Open for 2 nights (3 days). Though the hotel is small and not spotlessly clean we had a clean and comfortable room. The staff was friendly and there were numerous breakfast options that changed each day. We were about a 12 minute walk away from the Bayside train station that took us directly to the US Open gate in 10 minutes for a $5 fee one way compared to a $30+ rideshare. We also felt safe walking from the bus station to the hotel during the day and at night, as we did not see sketchy persons on the walk route. The area felt safe and there were plenty of places to eat or grab coffee. Overall a great hotel for a couple of nights at a very reasonable price compared to many others in the city that were very costly during the time of our popular event.

While not the most up-to-date, "fancy" (design wise) hotel, the hotel offered a clean and comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights.

I liked their attention to detail, and caring about me, and the fact that they didn't lie about their amenities. Very robust breakfast offerings, and a impressive restaurant connected right to the hotel.

The communication for the end of my stay could have been slightly better, I told them multiple times what had come up and then also had it put into writing, and still it seemed to come as a surprise to the front desk when I checked out they bounced back and were very nice allowing it to happen but they made it seem like it was a courtesy when, I had planned and gotten permission way ahead of time, and this slightly upset me, but the amazingness of the rest of the their services more than made of for it. just room for improvement.

Location. I am a native to the Bayside area so I knew ahead of time where the hotel is located. It is in a very safe area of NY. It is right near the Cross Island Pkwy which gives you access to wherever you might be headed. It's also close to restaurants and bars on nearby Bell Blvd. Very accessible to public transportation. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. Parking on site.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating - Armando should be singled out because he was understanding, very helpful and very pleasant.

While I understand the costs have been reflexively increased because of the pandemic, the prices on the weekend are a bit excessive.

Great location. Free parking. Great restaurant adjacent to.hptel. staff very friendly. Good breakfast . Loved the coffee machine in the lobby. You could get capaccino, espresso, caffe latte, etc.

Bathroom was tiny

We stayed here for a concert at the ubs arena and the location was great! Really nice neighborhood and it was very convenient especially with so many food options nearby

The water was off when we first arrived so we were a little worried but once it was fixed everything was fine!

Property was nice! Location perfect for our trip, the LIRR is less than 1/2 mile away. Staff was more than accommodating.

Front desk manager is extremely dedicated and totally takes care of every customer. Breakfast here is always excellent & the breakfast staff is exceptional. This place is always a pleasant surprise given the location!

Yes, there is free parking. However, it is an extremely difficult parking lot even for a small car. They do have add'l parking next door at their sister property, but they don't tell you that upfront. Definitely difficult if you're not used to driving in NY.

I LOVED the spa tub! The bed was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was exceptional! The staff was also very nice & helpful!

The ONLY thing I didn’t like was the elevator. It should be updated.
