The price was very good for the time of the year we went to NY (new Year), the hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious, it is the regular American hotel that doesn’t disappoint you. The continental and unlimited breakfast included was also really good considering the price of the food in NY.

It’s quite tricky to get to Manhattan from the hotel by public transportation as the subway doesn’t go that far. There are still buses that allow you to move to the closest subway station but it is thus slower.

Clean, nice staff. Breakfast is self-serve and not that big but delicious. Waffles were really good. Coffee was good.

One of the two beds in our room was broken. Every time you applied a small amount of pressure or moved on the bed, it would squeak extremely loudly. Luckily, we only needed one bed and used the other. The parking situation was frustrating. There was a good amount of parking, but the staff was letting 4 trucks take up 10 spots, leaving it limited.

It was clean and very comfortable. Glad it had parking too.

I was not told when checking in that there would be a full deposit amount of what I paid for the night I stayed at the hotel. $100 for a deposit is normal but not $300. I know I will be getting the deposit back but that’s something you should tell the guest that $600 would be taken out of their account.

I liked the location. The hotel is pretty quiet and clean. The staff are SUPER nice.

The only thing I can say I didn't like, which really isn't a big deal since we were a little late getting downstairs. There was almost nothing left for breakfast, but like I said we were a little late.

This is my third time at this property. First because location is convenient for both sides of family that live in queens and manhattan. Second the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I needed a shower chair and within five minutes they had one for me. Room was clean and comfortable. Looking forward to another stay.

Good place to stay for a 5 member famility in one room when you need just to sleep. The staff very nice and supportive. Includes parking.

The room was below the groun floor so no much light into the room.

It was easy to get to and from places. Also, the rooms were very, very nice and the bathroom was very spacious.

It is via cemetery so that’s a little offputting, but there’s nothing they can do about the location so other than that everything was fine

They whole hotel was kept clean all day.you can see and smell how well kept they keep it.I had a early flight and I sat in the dining area for a few hours before I checked in and the one house keeper who was in charge of that area kept coming about every 45min to clean tables floors and counter top..all staff was very sweet and helpful to all the guest..

No shopping area close by.

Breakfast bag for those with early flights. There was nothing to take with you… the person didn’t come in until 6:30. Since it’s so close to the airport, I’m sure there are plenty that stay there for that reason. It would be a nice addition.

I love the location, the breakfast is all that me and my kids need in the am and the bed was very comfortable, I am glad the carpets are gone and replaced with other flooring
