I liked that the gas station was across the street.

My room was in the cellar and at 10pm with my tv still on I could here carts being pulled up and down the hallway. I requested a room change and thankfully they did. There were alot of trucks parked on site and on the street in front of the hotel. Didn’t find parking when we arrived. I didn’t like the location. On one end it seemed like it was in the middle of residential but when we found it it seemed more like industrial.

Very nice room, nice amenities, overall clean and looked maintained well and decorated for holidays. Higher than standard trim of room, comfortable bed and pillow. Nice to have microwave and fridge. Better than expected breakfast-breakfast staff was nice and helpful to our family. Location pretty close to downtown. Felt safe. Personalized welcome message on TV nice little touch. Fitness room looked nice and clean but did not use. Ice machine better than expected. Liked that front desk had small amount of complimentary feminine products-need to add some in store as well.

We got the last spot in parking lot on Friday night. Worried about no parking or parking on street in kind of iffy neighborhood with graffiti. Staff was helpful about going out to make sure parking was okay. Needed to wash clothes but washer coin tray wasn't locked so couldn't use. No follow-up by staff on if it was fixed. Appreciate the thick toilet paper but didn't expect it to clog high efficiency toilet-needed to ask front desk for plunger which was provided promptly. About an hour before check out our keys were deactivated which was a hassle when trying to pack up. Some of breakfast food was weird texture. No public transit super close, we didn't want to risk the walk, 20 min uber to Manhattan.

Folks there are very nice. The space is generally clean and orderly. The parking lot is small but we were able to get a spot. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were at the same hotel in early June and 1 of the 2 elevators was broken. It is still broken. This means riding up/down potentially with garbage, etc. I would prefer, given how much any hotel costs, to not have to do that. And when busy, having only 1 small elevator is ridiculous.

The over all stay at this hotel was very pleasesureable. We liked the room and the hotel. The breakfast was also decent for a hotel breakfast. I liked that the room was very clean and it was all in good shape.

There was not a ton of parking. It was free parking which is good but we had to park down the road a bit because the parking was full. Other than that it was a great experience.

The quality of facilities & services that you expect with a Holiday Inn property. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean & comfortable. Hotel was located right off the Parkway and an exit. A decent breakfast was provided.

The parking at this hotel is free (yay!) but very limited. We were very lucky to get a spot (last one at that time) or would have had to park on the street.

The hotel checked all the boxes for us. It was clean , quiet , close to where we wanted to be. The free breakfast was very good . they always maintained a steady flow of food. Didnt have to worry that at 730 there would be no more food.and they had free parking.

Only negative was the parking situation at night. The lot would fill up quickly after a certain time. Other than that it was all good

Very clean! Friendly staff, loved the Dove amenities in the bathroom, the many options at breakfast bar, the location for the USOpen, the free parking and the cozy beds.

Was placed in room near ice machine, which was loud when guests collected their ice.

I felt the parking lot was too small for the amount of people. We were in town for a graduation and graduation party and we got to the hotel very late.. we searched and searched and waited to see if someone would leave.. that was one night… the other night there were so many contractors vehicles taking up most of the spots, once again we were out of luck and parked against a wall.. My only complaint is the parking 🤷🏼‍♀️

the property was super clean, smelled like those febreze deodorant thru out our 2 day stay, the sitting area was great. Checking in was so easy and extremely friendly. Parking was free, the room was amazing cleaned, comfortable beds and an amazing choice in breakfast.

I loved how clean and beautiful the rooms were. I loved how they put dove products in the shower because that’s all I use!! And the breakfast was amazing, eggs sausage, home fries, pancakes?? Amazing. The best hotel I’ve stood at! Wish I could’ve extended my stay

The only thing was the housekeeper, she was a little rude when I tried to explain to her I requested to check out at 12.
