The hotel is very conveniently located close to a subway station which makes it easy to reach Manhattan very quickly and it takes about twenty minutes by public transport to reach La Guardia airport. Furthermore, this is an affordable and clean place to stay. But the best thing about this hotel is its staff. Everybody was incredibly kind and sweet.

There are only two elevators and they work based on a very strange logic, so especially during the morning peak hour, it is normal to wait for five or even more minutes until one of them arrives.

The property is fairly new and well kept. Staff were professional, welcoming, thoughtful and kind. The room was well appointed and had fridge and a microwave. The location of this propety is very convienient. IThis area was recently developed within the last 5 years. Many new buildings, shopping and dining options are open. Its very close to transportation. A 2 min walk to the subway to take you into New York City for a show or nightlife. Or you can take the subway a few stops in the opposite direction and head out to interesting diverse parts of Queens for great dining.

Location was good by being very close to the Queens Place metro station Reception was helpful to change the first room The room with 2 queen beds was OK for 3 adults

First night we stayed in a room with a queen and a sofa bed. When you open the sofa bed, there is no room between the queen and end of the sofa bed. Those kind of rooms should not be sold for 3 adults. Thanks to the reception guy that he changed the room with a room with 2 queen beds.

The location is excellent, there is an E subway stop right at the door and the 7 line is close by. Very easy to get to Manhattan. The staff is very friendly and very open to help in your needs. There is a convenience store almost next door where you can get breakfast if you don´t want to pay the hotel fee. We had dinner once at the hotel and the food was very good.

The room was a little bit small for 3 persons, when we opened the sofa bed there was very little space to walk. But the location and price made it worthy.

Hotel was in good location, very convenient to subway into Manhattan. It is also a short ride from LGA without having to cross any bridges, thus less traffic and cheaper cab fare. Room was clean, comfortable and nicely laid out. I especially liked the chair with an ottoman (king room) and the walk-in shower. I am a senior woman who was traveling alone and felt safe in the hotel and immediate surroundings. Front desk staff were pleasant and happy to help. Breakfast (while not free and more expensive than advertised) was delicious. Room rate was a fraction of the cost of the same hotel in Manhattan. I would definitely stay here again!

The pillows were not to my liking. Even though I had four pillows to choose from none of them had any support. A variety of different size/content pillows would be nice. The ice machine was only on one floor, which was very inconvenient.

Close to everything you can imagine to eat and get drinks. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was also clean and had a bar in the lobby. Stop pass the Hudson and order the MEATLESS PITA if was so good that when I checked out I brought 3 more for the road.

That there is NO PARKING on-site parking ONLY on the st Good Luck if your not in early we checked in at 7pm and was lucking to find a spot that was a 5min walk to get to the hotel. There is a parking garage next to the building you can pay for but it was full when we checked in NOT PART OF THE HOTEL FYI

The location was great! Kevin at the reception was super nice! I have received an upgrade to a better room which was unexpected and I was very pleased.

As far of the hotel everything was fine. Watch out for the store Hudson Food Market which is near by. This place is a total rip off!!! The prices are outrages! Besides they charge tax for food which is not taxable. On the top of this you pay credit card fees which is their responsibility and is illegal. Like this is not enough the cashier has a tip jar next to the register. Tips for what? For ripping you off? By the way... I am a New Yorker who moved out 5 years ago and I'm aware of the NYC law.
