Without having to ask him, the Receptionist gave me a room next door to my friend who I was travelling with. Very helpful friendly staff. Very comfortable bed & pillows, good quality bedding, excellent house keeping & cleaning. Clean towels every day. Coffee/tea machine, fridge & microwave in each room. Close to Rail station & buses. Some good restaurants near by. Good quality shower gel/shampoo/conditioner/soap & moisturiser. Soundproofed room but could hear railway. Swimming pool looked clean, unfortunately didn’t use it due to poor weather.

No safe. Not really a problem for me but, outside corridor on each floor where people could look in your window, needed to keep net curtains closed. If light was on people could look into room so then had to close curtain. Plastic knives & forks for breakfast.

Kind of randomly picked this hotel because I needed to be in this location and got lucky because it was great! Some of the good: five minute walk to the LIRR (that connects to the airport train), walkable to good restaurants, comfy pillows, surprisingly good breakfast (pancakes and waffles), good toiletries, free delivery from a Chinese restaurant (no fees!), clean pool, nice staff (especially the young guy at the front desk who lent me an umbrella when it was pouring).

The room felt moist all the time. Like the floor almost felt wet if you were barefoot.

We attended the Andre' Rieu concert at the USB Arena. Very convenient Uber rides to and from. We liked the Rockville Centre area!

We were hungry after returning from the concert, around 11 p.m. The young man working the front desk suggested we call Uber Eats as it was a Sunday evening. We decided to walk around the block from the hotel and found two restaurants that were still open. We will always frequent a local establishment rather than a chain restaurant. Manager should reach out to the local restaurants and shops to provide information for guests. Unfortunately, we left the next morning and weren't able to check out the other restaurants and shops.

The room was a good size and with two comfortable double beds it was perfect for our party of 3. Free breakfast each day which was good, plenty of choice too, we never went hungry! Hotel and site always kept clean as was the swimming pool (an added bonus). I can't begin to tell you how welcoming and friendly the staff were, especially Linda who was on the front desk. She was so helpful and kind, a credit to the hotel.

The only thing I could say was the towels could be a bit bigger!

I liked the daily room cleaning service. The complimentary breakfast was very helpful in the mornings. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that the prices for the stay during the week day was no different than the weekend. VERY costly.

I didn't like the prices for the stay. The cost during the week day wasn't that different than the cost during the weekend. Its VERY costly to stay here. I also didn't like the pool hours or location. Its outdoors only and it ended way too early 6pm and it's summertime. They should hire a pool guard so the pool can close at least 9pm.

Room was really clean, housekeeping does a really good job. Bed comfortable, fridge, micro, good cable. If you want to reduce some of the traffic noise, get a higher floor, it really helps. After all, they are outside entering rooms. Some noise is expected.

I moved to three rooms in 15 minutes upon arrival. First room two steps out of elevator and lots of people around there smoking and very noisy. 2nd room at the end of the outdoor corridor, and it seems like permeant residents hang out there, smoke cigarettes and weed, loud and obnoxious. Anna, the front desk clerk was amazing and very accommodating.

The staff, at night, on last Monday night need both professional courtesy and strick business procedures. The site manager was informed of the incident in question and all video and oral records she has suggest this West Western's staff re-training and professional standards are necessary! It was true nightmare and I was not able to begin to go to sleep until after 1:30 AM. On this past Monday night, the place lost its perception it is a safe and secure environment. A true health nightmare!

location is key, it is my second time staying in the facility. I came last year and I like that the medical offices, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy all are in walking distance. this time of the year they have the pool open , I like how well maintain the pool is, they clean it daily and they have a life guard on duty at all times the pool is open. I love the room is confortable and very clean. I also like the breakfast , it has a mini buffet with plenty of choices.

Location was perfect. Right near the Nassau Suffolk Hospital. The Staff were very helpful & the room was nice & quiet. I plain to make this the hotel of my choice whenever I'm in New York@

I had issue with the hard bed mattress since it's on a unattached platform & you keep having to move it back on to align it right. Also, major parking issue. Had to park far away from my room & walk to my hotel room in freezing weather from the other attached parking lot. Each room should be assigned a parking space by their room & people visiting someone at the hotel should park in the other lot away from the rooms. One guest used four pkg spaces for his visitors. It was really hard using my handicap walker & having to walk so far to my room in the cold. If you have a handicapped guest put a big sign on the curb saying this parking space is reserved for handicapped guest only & violators will be towed.

Amazing stay!!!!!!! Room was exceptional. So clean and the shower was beautiful!!!!! Breakfast was amazing. Best we've had at Best Western. So many choicew. Linda at the front desk was amazing! So helpful and considerate. Business center was set up so well. This hotel is a must stay for us next time!
