Derek the manager is incredible….he is the only reason I would return to this hotel. The restaurant at and bar were good,accommodating and convenient. The view was great!

The resort fee charged automatically for beach and pool access. Having to pay to park on the hotel premises with limited access via the valet service company. If there is an event, it is nearly impossible to find parking near the hotel. Room key did not work at 3 times during a 5 day stay. Maintenance response was poor to change the battery in door lock. The billing office never calls back or replies to emails to resolve issues. The hotel elevator has no alarm and did not work: got stuck in elevator: very unsafe. When brought to the attention of the desk clerk, was told that he was aware but did not know when it would be fixed.

Needed a hotel prior to flight back from JFK. Originally thought of Central New York but this hotel was just perfect! It's the right side for JFK, it's right on the beachfront, it's comfortable, views are spectacular and the staff wonderful. 2 different receptionists (sorry didnt get their names) - friendly and efficient. Restaurant colleague Anny - LOVELY, and Lois - so friendly and willing to try to speak UK english! Great fun Bartender Christian - good service and purveyor of good conversation and local information

Wish we had had a longer stay!

This is a beautiful hotel, I’m all about beachfront hotels! The food was exquisite, and to include beach towels,chairs and passes with your stay made it worth staying here.Staff is soo friendly too!

There really isn’t anything negative that I can say about my stay,parking was a mess and elevator wait was excessively long but they hotel can’t control these things. I had a great time unfortunately I had to leave a day earlier me wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Staff was good but Derek was amazing and provided excellent customer service. He helped us work through problems we had with the room and showed us nothing but respect and professionalism. This is why we rebooked this hotel for September.

Sometimes parking was a problem. They should offer guests free parking in the garage under hotel instead of charging us. We pay good money to stay here : this should be a perk. Also, not everyone goes to the beach or pool there should not be a mandatory change for something we don’t use or want.

I actually stated at this hotel on two seperate occassions... both whilst taking in Concerts . The hotel is in a great location, right on the Boardwalk. The bar was an excellent place to sit and people watch.

The breakfast was such a great experience - in fact I didnt experience it !!! I sat for over 10 mins and no one approached me to take my orde,r despite saying they would be with me soon... I eventually just left. Sorry but its the truth, and should be stated as its a lesson that needs to be learned

I liked that there was storage available for our luggages while waiting for our flight schedule. Our family loved that the lobby was open for us to stay as long as we needed while waiting for our flight. It was a huge help for customers like us who needed a place to stay while flight is scheduled at nighttime and we have checked out already! One thing we loved is the fragrance that we smell in the lobby. It was very soothing and relaxing smell

no Included breakfast. We asked for additional pillows and was given but no pillowcases

the room was large and well equipped and the bed and pillows very comfortable. the common areas were attractive as was the location.

the room was supposed to be a 'city view' but it was an ugly internal view. the pool area was not open even though it was supposed to be and reception staff seemed to not know why. no plug in the bathroom, a broken make up mirror fitting, and an alarm clock that hadn't had the alarm canceled (which meant that it woke us in the middle of the night!).

The hotel was a very good place to drive to and from Manhattan.

I was upset with the cost for overnight $694.77 and to not have a room available until 4:15 PM after showing up at 1:30. Also, we had to go to the desk at the above listed time to obtain a room instead of a phone call as to the room is available. The staff behind the desk is not efficient for a hotel guest. Will I recommend this place, probably not and this is for the price and the treatment in obtaining a room in an efficient manner.

everything we needed apart from information! Nothing anywhere and staff didn’t know when we asked about the area or transport/restaurants no leaflets anywhere asked for a map no maps! Pool was closed to guests on first day as they had an event on! Been told was open during our stay. Great decor lively bar in evening

Bit soulless great on arrival. Restaurant manager not interested not attentive at all.

It’s absolutely beautiful. Dining room is Luxurious. My room was great. I did have an issue w the tub dripping all night, disrupted my sleep. But I spoke to Sarah and Tatiana at the front desk. They took money off my bill, and extended my check out time u til 2pm. Very understanding, kind, and knowledgeable. The Valet parking was excellent, The beach was excellent. I gave you chairs and towels. The hotel is very clean. It was just wonderful . I love that place. I go there every year for the price you really get a lot and I just felt that going. There is the best place in Long Beach. the rooftop pool… awesome
