Great staff. They always respond(second stay) and bring you if you ask for something , they stay calm in stressful situations too. Breakfast lady is always on point, like she takes her job seriously(She is a rockstar). Good food, and good hotel overall for a very low price. Probably best in that area from the stays we experienced so far!
The beds left us in bruises, because mattresses slide and the food frame sticks out(even when mattress is in place? It could actually cause someone to get really hurt. Also, the bathroom sliding doors slam and you can hear other rooms and you can't lock them which can help if you have little kids. Not a huge deal but could potentially be an issue!

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The establishment is a stunning blend of elegance and charm, with pristine cleanliness that added to its appeal. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the exceptional hospitality and extraordinary customer service. Whenever I needed something, I simply called the front desk, and my requests were met with promptness and a warm smile. One memorable moment occurred when I remembered an additional item just as the front desk clerk was about to leave. Her willingness to go the extra mile and retrieve it for me illustrated her dedication to service. Although I ultimately chose to go downstairs to collect it myself, her genuine kindness and eagerness to assist made a lasting impression. This experience was nothing short of amazing, filled with thoughtful touches and attentive care. I left feeling truly valued and satisfied! âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸
I wish the weight room had more equipment. It would have been nice not to have to pay for charging, because more of the hotels include that with your stay. Having the option to be able to charge is a bonus but they have faster charging stations around and I just went with the faster charging that ends up being cheaper.

Very clean room. Nice bed and very nice bathroom. Great breakfast and attentive breakfast staff.
A little noisy even at the end of the hall on the top floor. While this is new, corporate should have made noise reduction both from inside sources (hall doors) and outside sources (windows emitting highway noises) a top priority during construction. But staff now cannot do much about that. Next time I will ask for a room facing the trees on the backside and bring my earplugs. Hotel could add a sign asking guests to be quiet while in the hallway.

My room was clean and convenient. Breakfast was adequate.
My room, 107, had almost constant water noises, like water running through pipes. There was a lot of mechanical clicking noise that I could not identify. It was pretty annoying and would wake me up during the night. The shower curtain needs to be about 4 inches longer or the bar moved down. Every shower resulted in a huge amount of water on the floor, which was very slippery and dangerous for an accessible room.

Good and close proximity to Ashville town. Gas stations nearby. Nice and clean rooms. Reception was able get us adjacent rooms,
I read some reviews saying it was an excellent breakfast, but for me it was a regular one, nothing special. We had sausages, pan cakes, syrups, bagel, toast, butter, yogurt, apple and orange juice. I was expecting bacon and it wasn't there. But I read some mentioned they had it, but not us. Other disappointment was the water bottle in the room. Just two 8oz bottle for two adults and two kids. Those were the smallest I have seen in a hotel so far. And just two of them. Looks like they wanted cut corners with bottles and breakfast. Bathroom door was a sliding door without a lock.

The first day we went to the indoor swimming pool and the water was warm but we didnât swim at that time. On December 25 in the early evening my daughter and I left the room to spend some down time relaxing in the pool. However the water was ice cold. I told the person at the desk about the situation, his answer was he didnât have any idea and he was reluctant to do anything. In the elevator back to our room other guests were also talking about the cold water in the pool. I chose this particular hotel because they did have a heated indoor pool. The next morning i again told the person about the water being cold same response, I donât know!!! I am home now and for all I know the pool is still too cold to swim in.

My son and I take an annual father/son trip each year and this was his first time visiting Asheville, NC. We absolutely loved the hotel. Upon checking in the staff was very professional and helpful during check-in. The room was absolutely stunning. Honestly, had everything that we needed. We took advantage of the heated pool and fitness center. Both were really well maintained. The breakfast had plenty of options! Cleaning/Housekeeping staff made sure that room was stocked with toiletries, water bottles. Beds were comfortable, and the view from the room was great! My son absolutely loved the pool and glow. of the hotel at night!

this hotel is very clean, quiet and has very good amenities such as a well equipped fitness room, indoor pool and the availability of a good sized pool next door at the sister Best Western hotel. I like to swim laps and it is big enough to get some exercise in it even with a family with 2 kids in the shallow end. Staff there will let you in and has special pool towels. Breakfast included a wide variety of healthy food choices. The dining staff person ,Christina wiped the tables and cleared away any debris as soon as guests left. She was cheerful and friendly. The cleaner, Tatiana, was friendly and cheerful also and very thorough with the room. The room is modern , comfortable beds, and has good hanging and storage spece plus a very useful desk work area. I also appreciated the suitcase dollies as I had a lot of luggage to bring in by myself.
Front desk staff are the weakest link. They did not look up from their computers much or greet or communicate at all. They also look a bit scruffy , with the exception of the young asian man. Spruce up the look of the first and last people your guests see as that leaves a lasting impression and will encourage people to come back, even though the rest of the hotel is very good.

Clean updated room. Nice new bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Free wifi was appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast included. Nice extra amenities (gas fire pit in front gave me an outside place to relax for a bit. Nice value for families through Asheville needing a clean place to stay with pool and breakfast.
Had to drive into downtown Asheville but knew that going into it. Located on busier road but didn't hear the traffic very much. Lobby furniture a little bit funky, and not a great place for a group to gather but overall it's fine.

Everything went well. It is a beautiful hotel with a staff that genuinely loves their jobs. They are dedicated to making each guest feel pampered. It isn't magic. They aren't miracle workers. Don't come with too high an expectation. It is a functional hotel. But there is no reason to be afraid or skeptical. It is all on the up and up and the guests are honest tourists and vacationers, hard-working migrating construction professionals among artists who come into the area to play live shows. Everyone is noise respectful and keeps to themselves since many here work a lifestyle like myself where we cannot forego sleep to stay healthy both mentally and physically. It is not a party hotel.
at this point I would be horribly nitpicky, there is literally zero downside to staying here.
