Everything was new.

The room was too sterile. There were no pictures and no place to sit except on the bed and one office chair. No coffee maker, and no microwave. If you wanted coffee in the morning you had to get cleaned up and dressed to go downstairs and get it. When we made the reservation, it said there might be an extra charge for a pet. They should have said upfront that if the pet was not a service pet there would be a $50 per day charge. Ridiculous! I will never stay anywhere that charges $50 a day for a 4.6 pound Chihuahua!!!

The hotel is right off of the highway. The area is older, but I felt safe. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The hotel was very clean ( no bugs / bedbugs) and quiet, I was there Monday to Wednesday, so no weekend crowd. The front door is only key card accessible after hours, so no random people walking in and hanging around the lobby. The hotel was very affordable. Plenty of parking.

Towels were limited, no microwave in the room, breakfast was not that great. There are not many options. Muffins, fake me out eggs, cereal, and oatmeal.

It was absolutely amazing for the price. we could see carowinds and a beautiful sunset outside of our big window. the beds were very comfortable, they had a good breakfast selection, not great, but good. staff was very nice and helpful.

the price that booking gave me WITH taxes was around 160 for a night, and it said I would pay when I got there. Well, they took out $220 off of the card I put on file before i even got to the hotel which shouldn’t have happened because I selected the option to pay AT THE HOTEL, and i actually wanted to pay with another card once I got there. so that pissed me off that they took more than the price they gave me and I agreed to when I booked it

On checkout day, September 2, 2024 I go to the downstairs at 15 minutes till 10, Breakfast was put up and shut down. 20 minutes before our checkout time that was 11 AM, our cards did not work on our doors or the hotel doors. Dang….. are you trying to push us out that fast? Haha.

Extremely attentive staff, we needed to change something in our reservation and they were very helpful during the process. Room was clean and comfortable.

In-room safe wasn't working. Apparently the previous occupant left it closed for some reason. Internet could have been a tad faster, doing work with their Wi-Fi wasn't ideal.

Check in was great with ease.The breakfast was sufficient. The grab and go was pretty good, better when you limit the chance of people exposed to what you’re eating. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. Great TV size.

The customer service was a little dry no acknowledgement of presence preoccupied with phone.

Property was immaculate - clean inside and out. Room was spacious and modern. Mini-fridge, television, air-conditioner all brand new. Bathroom is large with a walk-in shower and lovely scented bath products are provided. The bedding was just right and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was very good with many choices available. Outdoor seating is available. Because of COVID protocols, housekeeping services are limited for extended stays. This did not bother us one bit. We could get extra towels from the front desk and we had no complaints nor problems with this aspect. A special shout out to Jackie, the night front desk clerk who greeted us after our long days. She was very helpful in answering our questions and aways had a smile on her face. She made our stay memorable with her pleasant personality. And also the property manager was wonderful too, knowledgeable and helpful! These ladies are true assets to the hotel chain! We will definitely stay again if In the area and highly recommend this hotel.

Not anything to dislike as the property is relatively new and well cared for. An extra chair in the room would have been nice but not a big deal.

Staff was so welcoming, helpful & polite during my week stay. Breakfast was wholesome. They provided breakfast sandwiches, fruit, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, milk, juice, 24hr coffe, tea and cocoa. The facility was very clean. The bed and pillows were extra comfy! I noticed that security cameras were everywhere so we felt safe.

New hotel with white comforters & laminate floors. I mention the floors (which is a trend in new hotels) because I like the sense of cleanliness (vscarpets) however there was a lot of noise from the room above - a chair rolling and horsing around. it’s super close to Carrowinds so it was probably youngsters - but until 12:30? might have also been kids from travel sports teams playing tournaments in the area. my point - ask for the top floor. the staff was very friendly, there was a light breakfast in the lobby and it was clean - but no daily room service.

The staff was by far above and beyond fantastic! From walking in the first evening to having to check out early due to unforeseen circumstances. Professional, friendly and always smiling. Will definitely be back again.
