Location was amazing! We didn’t have to drive more than 10 minutes to get anywhere from a mall, to groceries, to our planned amusement park trip ! The bed was super comfortable and plush and was better than my own bed at home . The room was clean and I noticed the cleaning ladies working extra hard on rooms even wiping down random surfaces! Great stay overall !

The staff was super friendly, it was easy access and clean rooms.

The breakfast was cold such as the eggs, muffins, sausages. When we also checked in the first room we were assigned to was not cleaned and still had trash, dirty laundry, and it was a disaster, but once we got it figured out it was a great clean and spacious room and the staff was very apologetic.

The facility was nice. The rooms were a decent size. The pool was heated. The breakfast served different items each day.

Before I arrived I called and explained I was enroute to the hotel from the airport and was asking if I could check in an hour early. I was told yes. When I arrived, I was told the room was not ready. I explained I had called about 20-30 minutes prior and was told the room would be ready. The guy asked us to wait and within 10 minutes the room was ready at the usual check-in time.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast and coffee were great! Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. One staff member, by the name of Lilly, was so helpful to other staff members and guests that we took note. I witnessed her professionalism in a situation with an aggressive customer who was using profanity toward her. She handled it all so well that I wanted to acknowledge her for that. We had a nice stay. Thanks!

The front-desk hosts were kind, helpful, and friendly. Marvin serviced/managed bteakfast and food was good quality, beautifully layed out and clean! Room was clean. Swimming pool was a happy place that we enjoyed. Good location!

Huge room, very nice facilities... breakfast was very good, the staff were extremely pleasant and great to work with.

The pool was pretty dirty... I expected it to be heated or at least semi warm as it was indoors but it was very cold!! And they closed it early on our last night so my kids were upset they missed it.. but other than that it was great!

The person at check in on Friday evening worked hard to cater to all our needs - she made sure we were well taken care of. Great customer service And Elsa did a great job setting everything out for breakfast and personally checked in to make sure we had everything we need. Excellent and friendly service

Maintenance of the pool could have been better. It was not as clean in there and the towels weren’t restocked.

Richard at front desk was very professional, friendly and helpful. Michelle was amazing, she handled the breakfast runs both mornings, food was warm, she was always available, made sure everyone was happy, wow she made such a difference, thank you for making breakfast enjoyable!!!

The room curtain was torn, not nice to look at.

Breakfast was crap. Orange juice watered down with no flavor, waffle mix running everywhere like water after cooking was thin and crispy nothing left just air. My husband said gravy was the same . Not thick very watered down. Second morning skipped breakfast there and went to Burger King next door.

We probably will stay again but may not be eating breakfast.
