Restaurants was walking distance and Movie Theater was across from hotel So were the grocery stores Kroger, Meijer and target store. Walmart was 8 minutes or 9 minutes away. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good on the First Day. Sausage,grits,cheese eggs and toast

The pool was closed and it said it was open it was close the whole 4 days I was there. I read a comment saying it been close for 2 weeks but it says it open on booking. Breakfast wasn't that good on the second, third, or Fourth day but I mostly ate fruit 🍓🍑 and yogurt Oatmeal wasn't good I like milk in my oatmeal instead of water. The reason I choice this hotel because I liked the one in Panama City Beach the breakfast 🥞🍳 was amazing we ate grits for 4 days with different kinds of meats Bacon, smoke sausage, pan sausage and sausage link

Amazing location! Kroger is right across the street, along with a target and meijer that is not much further. The grounds are well kept and clean. The hotel has a nice fragrance as you walk in. The room was spacious and had so many amenities! A full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc. There were restaurants in walking distance and our destinations were a short drive. The breakfasts were very good. I loved the option of vegetables in a variety of ways each morning. Breakfast had a variety of options and tasted great. Coffee and tea plus all the add-ins were available throughout the day/night, though I just enjoyed iced black coffee. The hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. That was very important to me and full met and exceeded my expectations. I got the bill afterwards and it was exactly what I was supposed to pay, no surprise fees. We had a wonderful stay in Ohio and a big part of that was because of this hotel. I originally booked a cheaper hotel that was a nightmare and the Hilton was the complete opposite of the other hotel. I should have booked this in the first place. I know exactly what to expect and have never been disappointed at this chain. I arrived to the Hilton practically in tears because I brought my 6 year old to Ohio from Indiana and I could not let him stay in that other hotel; it was a Quality Inn for reference. This hotel was in a safer location, it was clean, and the parking lot had plenty of space and was a short walk to the front door.

If I had to complain about something...I guess the outdoor area didn't have a fire to sit by and in early April, that made it not utilized. But seriously, this is looking for something to complain about.

The breakfast was fresh and tasted good. I enjoyed the selection of beverages at breakfast. The room was clean and modern. The shampoo and conditioner on the wall of the shower was nice and appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I wish there was just a few more options for breakfast. I visited for a Taylor Swift concert so my husband stayed at the hotel while I was gone and he wished there was nextlix/hulu to watch. Other than that, though, no complaints.

The room was a suite, with a kitchenette, a little sitting area, a very comfortable bed and a sink area separated from the toilet/shower. The breakfast each morning was plentiful and quite good. The hotel gym was one I could actually get a good workout in - they have dumb bells going up to 75 lbs, a pulley machine, two adjustable benches, a rope station and several cardio machines.

The only one thing I didn't like was the CFL light bulbs in the light fixtures. They gave off a very cold, harsh light.

Hotel facilities were great, always had fresh coffee in the lobby, gym was great. Breakfast was good (missed the bacon and maybe waffles) need more gluten free options.

The only complaint was the dirty toilet in the room. It had blue crusty stains everywhere, (assuming where the wet cleaning tool was rested on) toilet seat, lid, tank cover. Breakfast was fine, but the muffins were pretty dry.

Hotel was beautiful, very friendly staff. Room was very clean & comfortable.

The refrigerator made all sorts of weird noises, luckily it was drowned out by the ac/heating unit when I turned that up. Parking lot was completely full so had to park in theater lot just behind property.

Loved the clean room! Seriously we didn’t find anything in the room that felt remotely dirty. We were SO happy with our room and the hotel itself!

Something very minor and of personal opinion: We wished the pool would’ve been heated. Our kids love swimming but it was hard to get in and couldn’t stay long.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Would have loved to stay longer!

Location to a variety of other stores and restaurants. Full kitchen was convenient and well stocked.

The room could have been better insulated, you could hear other guest on the above floor and you could hear doors closing throughout the night, even with a portable fan/noise maker.

The breakfast space was very nice! Really enjoyed eating from real plates with stainless cutlery. Great cup of coffee, too. The staff was very attentive and checked on buffet frequently.

The hash browns and omelette were very dry... Would have liked to see more variety with pastry selection.
