The hotel was amazing, staff was friendly , on-site excursions are fun- great hotel for if you are looking to stay in! We will return for a more calm weekend in the city.

Having to pay for parking every time we leave was frustrating- the location is good, but not good enough to not have to use your car. We spent over $100 on parking in one day- which was a bit much. Also got charged $50 because they couldn’t “see my card on file” but I paid at the time of booking and showed them the transaction- so I’m hoping that gets refunded! But everything else was great!

The breakfast was good - the breakfast staff was exceptional....so happy and friendly made us start our day right. The gym was really nice, equipment was well maintained. Restaurants were great as was the pantry. Location was Perfect for walking to everything. The room was spacious (we had a view of the stadium) with a refrigerator; the curtains were definitely nice (kept room dark when sun came up). Front desk staff at check out was fabulous, but at check in they did not really explain much (parking, meals, amenities, etc). Valet parking was fast

Check in was not the best - just no real explanation about where breakfast is, where room is, what amenities are available or not available.. just didn't give us a warm welcome (they were not "mean" or unprofessional, just not friendly

Staff were amazing! Thank you to the manager on Monday for making sure we received breakfast. It was a great location, we were able to walk to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Cavs game. Room had a magnificent view of the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The gym was phenomenal! Breakfast was outstanding every morning. We will utilize this hotel again when we return to Cleveland.

Staff & services were exceptional. Night manager Devon was the MVP Friday night after the Billy Joel & Rod Stewart concert. Show ended late & everything closed on the way back. The pantry store was also closed & he made the call to open it up so quite a few guest were able to get something to snack on. He was strictly the best!

My son and I were visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Also within a short walk are Progressive Field, Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, and First Energy Stadium. The Marriott is ideally located to all Cleveland attractions. The valet parking makes coming and going easy. The onsite restaurant, with optional room delivery, makes meals easy. The staff were polite and helpful and the facilities were super clean. Arguably the nicest hotel my son and I have ever stayed in.

If anything, the cost was a bit high. However, for the options and location, it is understandable.

Customer service was exceptional. They were quiet, professional and very kind. We got hungry after our concert and they directed us to a local pizza place around the corner that we were able to walk to and from after midnight and it was completely safe. In fact, they were actually filming Superman a couple streets over!

Everything was perfect.

No matter which side of the building you're on, you'll likely have a decent view of something, whether it's Lake Erie, Public Square or the stunning Fountain of Eternal Life. Beds were comfy. The hotel is close to downtown attractions. Shout out to the staff member who helped me fix the reservation and find a room when I had accidentally booked the wrong day for our stay.

Parking attendants were responsive, quick, helpful, informative. The staff running the parking and the doors was AMAZING. These people were standouts in Cleveland and in the industry!

We were there on a very busy weekend, hotel cost was high, reservations for dinner online were inaccurate because reservations in person were very easy to obtain. With so many people, front desk and bar seemed to need more staffing.

Excellent location. Walking distance to almost every major attraction in cleveland. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Checking was quick and simple with spot on directions from lobby to the room. (Could be confusing to some..a lot going on in that beautiful building). Breakfast in the bar/ dining area was very good. I believe I had the French toast which was excellent. Room was super clean with a wonderful view of downtown.

The only thing I found somewhat inconvienet was the amount of vehicles (probably all valet) blocking the front entrance and car port area where i was waiting for my Uber to take me to the airport around 8 am. My Uber driver couldn't pull up to the front due to all the sitting cars, so I had to walk with all my luggage a little down the street where he could pull off to the side. Not a big deal at all.

The hotel staff was great - however, it appears to be understaffed for the volume of guests - especially on Friday September 13. The bar areas were especially challenging.
