Breakfast was great

We needed fresh towels. Phoned down at 3:00 Saturday. They ever came. Went to front desk at 5:00 and were told they would get them to us. went out and returned at 8:00. No towels. Went back to front desk and receptionist went into the back and brought me fresh towels. I was not impressed Also. When we checked in we were not told that our credit card would be charged $50 a day for incidentals and credited 5-7 days after. Imagine my shock when I saw an extra $100 on my Visa

Breakfast was okay, but rooms and facilities were great!

They tried to give me a room I did not order even though I booked it in April! Tried to give me a king with sofa bed when I ordered two queens and sofa bed for my family of 5. They said they ran out of Queen rooms. G Toni’s means one of us would need to be sleeping on the floor. She said they emailed 3 days prior to alert me to the problem in case I wanted to cancel. However when I checked my email, there was nothing there! However, after making a complaint with Stephanie at the hotel, she rectified the situation by giving us 2 connecting King rooms with sofa bed at no additional cost for the extra room. This is what I call great customer service that made my family’s stay problem free after the initial problem! All was well after this!

Breakfast was fine with a lot of options. We try to maintain a heart healthy diet with a minimum of fats and sugars and could find options that were accommodating. Like the use of plates made from recycled materials. Rooms were quiet and pretty well sound proofed judging by the traffic and sirens passing by outside. Great location for exploring University Circle.

Coffee in the room was poor quality. Not a big problem. Doors close with a slam but it didn't seem too bad hearing neighboring rooms.

The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and very clean. The location was excellent. The staff were friendly. The house keeper was available 24 hours and responsible to our requests very quickly.

Extra charge for the parking. It seems they clean the rooms every other days not daily! However, when we asked for services they kindly accepted and did it very fast. Breakfast was overall good, but it could be better.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. It is nice having a real kitchen for making small meals and cleaning up. The free breakfast was nice. We liked being close to the museums, botanical garden, and concert venues for the Encore Chamber music festival.

The parking garage is great but for the room price could have been included instead of extra. I wish free breakfast didn’t mean eating with plastic utensils and producing loads of noncomposted trash.

The hotel staff was uniformly friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable.

As with so many hotels this one seems to be run on a skeletal staff and as a result things are overlooked. The bottle of conditioner was empty in our room. We were a family of four but there were towels for only two and no bedding for the pull out couch. Curtain of the bedroom window did not work.

There was a microwave in our room, which was welcome for some leftovers we had. For breakfast, the offerings in the dining area were varied and fresh. Dining area was pleasant to sit in. The service was friendly.

For some reason noise carried through the air ducts or in the hallways. We couldn't quite tell where it was coming from but someone had their TV on loud until very late at night and then again first thing in the morning. Earplugs helped but we would have preferred more quiet. We also wish the room rate were a bit lower. :)

The breakfast hours were more than adequate, selections were great,good options. Location was great for what we came for. Help us arrange shuttle bus pick up to Cleveland Clinic. Easy check in and check out. Staff was very friendly. Parking is available on site, contrary to Bookings information after finalizing the transaction.

The size of room was great! Full sized fridge. Kind staff.

If you didn't turn on the front light switch by the door, other lights switches didn't turn on throughout the room.

I love the spaciousness of the rooms, full size fridge and home away from home atmosphere We have a patient at Cleveland Clinic along with a family member who isn't very mobile. The staff is accommodating to us in every way including having a, wheelchair available so we could get the shuttle across the street. The hot breakfast sandwiches are a plus and a variety of cereal and other items to choose from

We didn't like the lack of shuttle directly from hotel to Cleveland Clinic. Although the CC shuttle comes to Rite Aid across the street, having a Marriot door to door shuttle is helpful for guests who aren't very mobile. Breakfast ends pretty early(930am), it would be nice to leave the coffee out🙂 a bit longer
