The room was very nice, and an excellent deal. The property is unique - a bit idiosyncratic - but fun. The staff were very pleasant - front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, shuttle driver. Self-parking is very close-by - a gated lot easily accessible from the front door. We found the hotel shuttle to be excellent for nearby events, tourist destinations, and medical facilities. The shower was nice but needed some mopping up afterwards. Excellent bath products in dispensers. Buffet breakfast was fantastic, and so was the dinner. The dinner menu is short, but well-prepared. We ate dinner in the bar, and it was very relaxed. The warm chocolate chip cookies offered to guests are awesome and addictive - beware.

The only real negatives were the slightly leaky shower glass and some difficulty finding plug-ins for all our devices, even with our own surge protector. Nothing that would prevent me from staying there again.

The room was big, comfy bed, and good shower! The breakfast buffet was excellent as was the restaurant!! But love the old architecture of this place! Beautiful building!!

I booked this place because it had a shuttle service, which was good because I am not from the area. I learned when I was there they only take you 3 miles or less which was disappointing because everything I choose to do was less then 15 minutes from the hotel and the shuttle would have been perfect! Also no cookies?

I love the hotel & staff. They are all very pleasant.

The one elevator was out & the other was on the fritz. Then we had a fire alarm & no one really knew what was going on. Being on the 9th floor it was not fun walking up @ 130 in the morning. I would have thought with that, they may have offered a small discount but not even an apology.

I thought the look of the hotel was very interesting - a unique blend of modern and old. I also liked the nice shampoo, conditioner, etc. that were provided. The cookie given to me upon check-in was also a pleasant surprise.

I thought the shuttle service was a bit lacking and slow - I waited 30 minutes and eventually left on my own so that I wouldn't be late to my doctor's appointment.

The hotel was nicely kept up. The shuttle driver was awesome he was very helpful and considerate.

The man that was on the desk in the morning was miserable and seemed like he didn’t care we were there. It was very obvious that he had no interest in making us feel welcome at the hotel.

Very convenient location, and it was very clean. Beds were comfy.

Did not love the price, I understand it's in UC and a lot of visitors come through while in Cleveland, but don't feel like the price reflects what you can get in comparison to other hotels.

The hotel had a really good breakfast and breakfast staff was good and attentive. The room was comfortable.

The check-in staff was not very helpful, she wasn't rude per se, we just had to ask a lot of questions to get information out of her. The "accessible" room only has a tub, which would be hard for someone with mobility issues.

I love how close it is to my Dr and that I can walk or ride the shuttle there.

They have coated the bathtubs and it is peeling off in big pieces, the tub stopper did not work, and it looks like it needs new caulking.

We had A very spacious room (tip: book the corner room!) Quiet, the University Circle location gave us great access to both our son’s home and all the places we wanted to visit.

The staff was warm and the building is gorgeous. The hotel was immaculate and very nice.

We had issues with room service, and I wish the front desk would have mentioned to us when we checked in that they were understaffed. We also had been told we could use a shuttle for the park, which was just slightly over the mileage radius by the manager of the shuttle service but when it came time to use the shuttle, the driver would not take us.
