The breakfast was fantastic!! Lots of options and flavorful. I also really appreciated the large fridge in the room with the sink. It was so helpful when keeping all of our food cold and making lunches. Also, there were several places to charge electronics.

The room was a little narrow with the two beds, couch, and kitchen area.

All of the staff were awesome! Super helpful and very friendly. Requested extra blankets for the pull out sofa in our room and got them without hassle. The front desk clerk, Venus, was extremely helpful with printing our water park passes the first day of our stay. The breakfast clerk was also friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and had a pleasant smell. There was plenty of storage space in our room for luggage and other accessories. The shower was a walk in shower which was easily accessible. The pool was clean, plenty of towels available. The fitness area was clean and well equipped. The hotel offered free laundry for guests. There were 3 sets of washers/dryers available to use. We utilized the dryer several times for wet swimsuits. The beds were comfortable too.

The breakfast was ok. They offered a decent amount of choices but other than the make it yourself waffles, the omelets and breakfast sandwiches were hard from sitting there for too long. The breakfast clerk was very helpful though and super friendly.

Patricia the front desk manager was so helpful and thoughtful , my wife and I will now look for Home 2 Suites by Hilton as our preferred travel hotel. Upon check in the evening female and male front desk were also helpful and accommodating for our stay. We loved this hotel. Far exceeded other mid style hotels to a 4 star for amenities and a good breakfast.

Excellent-- the layout, waffles, muffins, omelets. Staff worked hard, friendly and kept things clean and supplied. Coffee was hot and tasted great. Creamer was well stocked.

Only one large waffle maker. When busy it can be a longer wait than need be but I should have tried the mini waffle maker to be fair.

Absolutely perfect! The rooms were quite large and really nicely laid out! Loved the curtain to separate the couch/sitting area! I was worried about location, but Marysville is an awesome little town! Our destination was the Ohio Caverns which are about 30 minutes from Marysville, but this couldn’t have worked out better! I highly recommend the Japanese hibachi place across the street!

Clean and comfortable

Front desk staff Saturday morning Aug 26th was very rude and unprofessional! We requested more towels, toilet paper and she told us to take it to our room ourselves as we were leaving. Also shower would not stay shut when we showered.

Bathroom in room was small Towels /toilet paper wasn't restocked during our 2 night stay. We had to go to the front desk and get our own. We brought down our wet towels too.

Management needs to notify guests that rooms are only cleaned every 2-3 days in your stay. Proper notification goes a long way

We over slept for breakfast but again the room was cleaned very quite. The front staff was very warm and friendly. Parking was very good with well lite lot. We felt very safe.

I liked how friendly the staff was. I also enjoyed the gym cause it was more complete than most hotel gyms. The breakfast was also very good.

There's not much I didn't like. In fact I liked everything about the place.
