Grab-n-go breakfast with bagged danish, bagged blueberry muffins, cereal and fresh fruit - perfect! Although an older hotel it had comfortable queens beds, a large bathroom, the suite was spacious ( including fridge, microwave, Kuirig plates, cups and silverware) so that 4 adults with visitors could move around comfortably and it was very clean. Staff members were very personable and helpful. Can’t beat the price.

Even though comfortable, Thermostat heat in the bathroom would be nice, rather than a timer heater.

Rooms were nice and comfortable however we were in Delaware for a murder trial it was stressful enough dealing with the murder and trial. We tried to check in and were told we had to do it online and we had to pay for our rooms and not for someone else. I was paying for my sister and the whole experience was taxing. Even when we tried to extend our stay and the prosecuting team was going to pay for the additional day due to the trial going an additional day before it was given to the jurors to render a verdict.

The staffs are friendly and fast respond when I got problem in the room. The room is vintage kinda but spacious and comfortable. AC and black out curtains work well. Parking in front of the rooms first come first served basis. Location close to Downtown. Fair price. Recommended for a visit in Delaware!

Breakfast is included in their good value price - but a decent one. For me it was fine but if you expect a big sophisticated breakfast, dont be disappointed and just go to the restaurant around :)

The size of our room was exceptional. Loved check in quick and easy. The water was very hot. There are tons of pillows. We had connecting rooms with our friends. Very convenient.

The bathroom is small. When you turn on the light, the fan comes on also. Breakfast was very limited. Hostess style cinnamon buns, honeybuns, granola bars, fruit, and coffee. Is not diabetic friendly. I was expecting there would be something I could eat but had to go elsewhere.

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. My sole concern was that the bathroom fan was always on if the bathroom light was on. We tend to leave the bathroom light on as a nightlight while sleeping. The fan made that a non-starter. BUT the front desk came to the rescue and provided us with a nightlight that they were using in the office. The hotel breakfast was strictly a grab-and-go with pre-packaged foods. Nothing hot. But we had planned on going out for breakfast anyway.

Very clean room- was outdated looking but clean none the less. Bed was in good condition- nice hot shower- stayed nice and toasty in room.

Neighborhood was alittle sketchy- looked out our window to see the trailer park behind. Stayed in part of the hotel not connected. Randos standing outside of pizza hut staring at us.

Nice, quiet motel with newer upgrades. Beds were comfortable and met our needs. Location is just of highway and quiet neighborhood. There are many restaurants within walking distance.

Coffee maker wasn’t cleaned from prior guest. Be careful to mind the bed frame when walking, easy to catch your toes/foot on.

We like the location, cleanliness, staff is always friendly in person as well as over the phone. Loved the shower with it's different waterflow8 selections and the powerful stream! It's great that you recognize/remember that we have stayed previously. We look forward to seeing you also!

The bathroom window shade in room 303 was difficult to pull all the way down.

The room was big and very clean. There was a Keurig coffe machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator, and all functioned as expected. I was in one of the rooms accessed from an internal hall. That was nice.

The room in the evening was kind of dark, but I didn't spend much time in my room, so this is really just me trying to dig for something to complain about.

Hotel looks new and was very clean and modern. Full size refrigerator and nice sized oven (an microwave) in the room.
