The only complaint was the wooden blinds were very dusty. You could write on them. It's been awhile since it was done. It's an older hotel, so the was dated. Other than that it looked like the up keep was adequate.

The beds were comfy and the room was big. The shower had great water pressure. I would stay again. The price was reasonable. The staff was great.

The rooms were quite nice for the price. Decent breakfast, near the Highway and had all the little amenities one would need. The beds looked nice and inviting as well. The entry was nice.

The bathrooms dated and several places were Kleenex boxes have been put permanently then removed. Outside of front of toilet not real clean. The pillows were incredibly lumpy. The beds shifted on the metal stands and the metal stands slid as well. The hotel was still good for the price.

The Check-in area was clean and neat. The commons area and dining area were nice in historic value. The Manager was very accommodating for an early checkin as my aged Aunt was not feeling well. This was on one of the busiest weekends in Guthrie, the Oklahoma International Bluegrass Festival. He made sure we got to our room safely and was very kind and helpful.

Excellent location for us as we were in town for Football game at Toyota Stadium. Nice open layout of house. Huge backyard. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood.

We came to watch NDSU Bison play our SDSU JackRabbits. Jackrabbits Won. Street name is Bison Trail. We thought it might be a bad sign for us. Lol. It wasn’t!

Easy access, helpful and friendly staff

Heater was a bit loud in the room and the bathroom fan was REALLY noisy. The ice maker on our end of the building was out and staff said it had been for quite some time.

pet friendly, lobby and service were great, breakfast was good. was worried my dogs would disturb other guests, but rooms were adequately soundproof.

Was clean, nice lobby.

The breakfast was sparse. Coffee was cold - had to ask for a pot to be refilled. No liquid creamer, did have powder. Virtually no hot food in the warmer - we didn’t come down to eat at the last minute, probably a half hour before.

We love staying here. It's older but well maintained. Always clean. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. (After our morning activity was rained out, we called and were allowed to check in early saving us time later in the day.) So appreciated they had their full breakfast and dinning area open.

I found the bed to be hard but I always do in hotels.
