Very clean

Put next to a smoking room. Whole floor should be nonsmoking. Instructions on booking websites for having pets in room should say that you have to contact hotel to let them know you are bringing a pet. It just says there may be an extra fee. We brought our dog in the night we stayed and the next morning we were told there was a twenty dollar fee for her and essentially that if we booked again and didn’t tell them we had a dog that when we arrived with a dog our room would be canceled. I understand some hotels have pet only rooms but others just charge a fee. Just state what you want your patrons to do if they have pets versus canceling the room when they arrive.

Location Breakfast

We tried using the tables to play games and we're asked to leave so they could fold towels and the lobby would be quiet. We are all seniors and did not make any trouble or access noise. We practically got a countdown to leave. geesh! This was a Family reunion/100th birthday celebration. 10 of us stayed there renting 5 rooms. Would have been nice to be together.

Location was good. Breakfast consisted of powdered scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, fried potatoes with spices, white gravy for biscuits, pastries & muffins, make your own waffles, dry sugar cereals except for granola, apples, oranges, hard boiled eggs, mini yogurts. Not much choice for those who have dairy, egg, meat, caffeine, peanut, sugar & gluten allergies. There was instant original oatmeal packets, hot water, mini almond milks, camomile teabags & the fruits.

Not many options for the above allergies when paying for the included breakfast.

I requested an accessible room, which I got. Shower and bathroom were great. But the bed is too high for someone with mobility issues to get into easily. The ramps in the parking lot need to be re-paved, they were very rough and hard to navigate with my walker.

I loved breakfast. I really liked the location. The view was just other commercial buildings and roads but we didn't mind since we only used it to eat and sleep. I think the other side faced some trees. I liked that there was adequate dining within walking distance. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Parking and access were a little tight but it's obvious there just isn't any other room for either.

Our stay more than exceeded our expectations. The bed and pillows were great, the room was clean, and the staff was fantastic. This felt like a great value for the dollar. We've paid more for stays that weren't as nice as this one.

The room we had was clean and comfortable, which was a nice surprise given we had to immediately book our room at 11 pm without review. Our truck and trailer broke down on I-5 and we waited four hours for our tow trucks. Our arrival check-in was quick, which was great as we were exhausted! In the morning, when Molly, the exceptional front desk clerk learned of our situation, she offered us late check-out and use of the hotel lobby and breakfast area to sit while waited to hear from the car dealership's service department. Molly's professionalism was awesome, both by the way she treated us and the customers who walked in and those on the phone. She was a shining star during our difficult situation. We also had the pleasure of spending time with Nicole, another desk clerk. She was equally friendly and helpful. Both women are exceptional employees, and we are so grateful for each of them.

Nothing to dislike

The room was attractive and comfortable. I was happy with the cleanliness of it too. There was a refrigerator with small freezer, which is so nice to have when travelling. The breakfast was pretty good, with more of a variety than many and some hot items not just a continental breakfast.

Can't think of anything.

It was fine—just needed a last minute room as my aunt was hospitalized up in Eugene the day of and was thankful to find one here. The OU/OSU game weekend made it hard to find a room and I paid a premium rate for the room.
