About 10 minutes from airport with a gas station right along the way to refill my rental car. If looking to spend time in Eugene and want to be near the action this might not be the place, but I needed a place to stay that was close to the airport for an early flight and this was perfect for me. I agree with other reviews I had read ahead of time that it seems like they have put in effort to make this a nice comfortable place to stay, and may have made some recent updates. Everything felt clean and well-kept. Bed and pillows were comfy. I was excited to see that what I thought was an AC unit had a heat feature which I could control to my liking on a chilly night. I was traveling solo on this trip and this was the hotel I felt most secure in, which surprised me since I’m not used to staying in roadside budget type accommodations. Friendly service at front desk.

Really the only thing, that most probably wouldn’t have noticed or cared about - coming from a solo female traveler who watches too many scary movies, I was a bit uncomfortable with the fact that there was an attic hatch of some kind in my room.

Basic lodging in an area that felt reasonably safe. We passed a lot of dodgy hotels as we looked for this property, and GPS initially took us to a hotel that had been turned into transitional housing, so we were relieved when we arrived and entered the main office. The hotel is tidy and well kept and the room was clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and professional. We just needed one night to sleep before moving on, so it was very suitable.

The location is far from downtown, but much less expensive than the hotels in town, so that's the trade-off. It was difficult to find because the street numbers go both directions and GPS was inaccurate. We had to call the hotel to get specific directions.

I have been traveling for business for longer than I wanna remember. The owners of this family run lodge are very accommodating and helpful on local places to eat. I actually seek out these smaller places get to know them and return. When I was checking out, the owner specifically asked me if there's anything he could do or improve and I really couldn't think of anything. Very solid people run this place. I don't leave many reviews, but this one was well earned and deserved.

I didn’t eat the breakfast, but what I liked was that in my weariness, arriving late from the airport just before midnight, the hotel employee seemed to be looking out for me and just appeared at the moment I was trying to get my bearings, trying to decide if UBER even dropped me in the right place (UBER did!). There was a genuine kindness in her greeting and help offered. As an Oregon native who has been away a long time, I forget how relatively quiet and restful being in Eugene can be. Such a great sleep! Thank You!

It was all good really. I do like a shower water jet that kind of beats me up and removes all the grime from all the years I’ve lived! But I’m happy with the whole experience.

Brand new property, from everything from building to landscaping, flowers, furniture and bedding. Full fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, more than I expected for a motel/lodge.

Location in a bit rougher part of town than expected, but being from Sacramento, not really a big deal. Further from center of town and restaurants than I realized. Chain linked fence around still-being constructed office was confusing, but not a big deal; being located on highway 99 was louder with trucks going by, but once in room not too noticeable.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. I was impressed with how clean and quiet the room was, and the adaptability of its staff. (The building was being remodeled and there was no lobby to check in, but the receptionist met me in the parking lot with all necessary check-in items.)

This was a temporary problem that will go away once the remodel is finished: the driveway entrance could have been better marked. I passed the property once because all I saw were construction fences.

The queen suite we were in was wonderful! Very clean, spacious and included a large refrigerator and kitchen area. The motel is located in a quiet area and is well kept. We felt safe there.

The only negative was the air conditioner right next to the bed. It was a hot night and it’s just that I’m not used to loud air conditioning. It worked well though and kept our room comfortable!

Where to start..the rooms are incredibly clean and have everything you need to feel comfortable during your stay, it’s in a great location close to food, grocery stores and the airport, being a solo traveler I have felt safe every time I have stayed here, and the family that owns the property is the absolute best. They are sweet and friendly and make you feel at home when here, no one else I would rather give my business to in Eugene.

The location was excellent! I booked this hotel for friends of mine from out of town who I was unable to host at my home. The hotel manager was amazingly friendly and has exceptional customer service skills. Despite the hotel being under construction the rooms were clean and comfortable. My friends were well taken care of.

Nothing :) This stay was excellent. I'm looking forward to when this hotel's construction is completed and will continue to recommend it to out of town travelers.

Clean compact rooms. Staff were awesome. I booked a disability able room and they only had one being used. They sent us upstairs with my spouse who CANNOT walk. The owner ran over and asked if we wanted a floor level floor. We told him of course. Wonderful owners. Close to airport which we needed.

Not a thing.
