The breakfast was okay. The Grub hub coupon was great. The clerk who checked us in gave us each a bottle of water and was very welcoming and went out of her way to explain the layout and where our room was. loved the walk-in shower, it was fabulous, the towels were nice and thick, and the water was actually pressurized, I felt as if it really rinsed me off. And my husband actually loved the kitchen. It's nice having silverware, and dishes, and a dishwasher.

Breakfast was okay but they could use an additional waffle maker. By the time our grandson got his waffle made and sat down we were almost finished; but he's 15 so he caught up quick. We did love the kitchen, but the stove; I don't know if it's preset for idiotic guests who don't know how to cook, but it just wouldn't get hot. Of course, the coffee. Why doesn't anyone use Keurig, or at least have a coffee maker that allows you to bring your own coffee? I'm always bringing my French Press, and I love it, but come on, it only makes two cups. My main issue though is the word "suite". To me, the word has always implied separate bedrooms, or at least one. But I may be mistaken.

Breakfast and mid-week evening reception were great! Staff and housekeeping were professional and welcoming.

The kitchen could have been better equipped. We had a very small unusual assortment of silverware, utensils, cups and glasses. The dishwasher was impossible to figure out. No instructions were provided. The room layout had wasted space and sparse working areas. Though we had a one bedroom, there was just one very small table that had to function as both a desk and eating area. And lastly the WiFi was problematic for the 7 days we stayed there. To log on, we had to first plow through Hilton Honors promotions.

I liked the feeling of security there; I felt as though the staff took care to make sure the guests feel safe. I also enjoyed the generous room size, the amenities such as two desk area.

There was a surface stove, which did not get very hot at all. Mostly, the COFFEE. I don't know why, but out of the 4 or 5 places we stayed, all comparable, only one had a Kureg. The rest didn't even have pretend to have good coffee. If you're going to charge that much, invest in Starbucks or Peets.

Great location, close to freeway and grocery stores, gas stations, etc., yet the hotel itself has a country feel to it due to the size of property it’s on. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The king suite was so big a person could live in it, in fact, one long-time staff member told me about a man who lived at the property for six years !! I stayed here on two separate nights recently, in two different rooms, and both beds were very comfortable.

There really isn’t much negative to say. My second time through ended up coinciding with what I assume is an annual fire inspection, so when I entered my suite there was a big notice saying there would be alarms being tested from 8 am to 5 pm the following morning, plus they’d be entering my room at some point. This was my last day of a vacation and I generally like to sleep in more. I asked one of the staff and she said I should be good until 9, but I ended up getting up quite early, getting dressed and lying back down in bed. If I’d known about it ahead of time, I wouldn’t have booked a room for that night. It’s obviously something that needs to be done, but as a solo traveler it made me feel quite uncomfortable.

This room was so spacious and comfortable! We had a queen/queen room with a pull out sofa and even the sofabed was super comfortable. We had lots of space to spread out and make ourselves at home. The best sleep we have had in a hotel in a long time.

The hotel was pretty far away from any rest so we had to drive to eat. Not really a big deal, it was only about 10 minutes.

The size of the rooms, the kitchen, couch, king bed. The room was so comfortable, my husband had a pacemaker procedure at Assante medical Center and this location was perfect for post surgery recovery.

How far everything was; the rooms from the elevator, and the lobby. We should have explained our hospital situation to the front desk before we arrived. They moved us closer to the elevator 😊

The room size was perfect for a family of 6

Room walls are to thin, you are able to hear the noises from the other rooms. We didn't mind it but the people under our room did and complained about one of my kids making noise at 6:00pm. Also the pool wasn't very will kept it was a cloudy blue/green color

The breakfast was okay. The hotels location was convenient for our visit to Medford. Air conditioning was very good in our room. Desk staff was very helpful when we extended our stay.

There was no hotel info provided in our room, such as location of ice machine or guest laundry. There was only decaffeinated coffee packets with the in room coffee maker. The bed was uncomfortable for me (too little support) not so much soft as worn.

Spacious, clean, comfortable. The staff was exceptional in their service, with the one exception of the kitchen staff, who misjudged and ran out of some food selections. an hour before breakfast service was scheduled to end. The scrambled eggs were runny.

I was up on the second floor with some folks who were in conference in several rooms. They were courteous but noisy, and I nearly tripped over their belongings left in front of my door, in the hall.

I like the nice quiet neighborhood. It’s far enough from the highway to be peaceful, but close enough for access, shopping, restaurants. I really like the Wednesday night reception. Soup, salad, fruit and beverages. Nice employees!

The elevator makes a rumbly alarming noise. Some of the carpeting is starting to look tired.
