I forgot to ask to not be next to their laundry room so that was my fault but they did laundry around noon. Breakfast is always good waffles eggs sausage etc, very nice and clean. They put us on the main floor in main building and was much nicer than some of the other rooms I stayed in. Staff very nice when you need to change a towel etc and the best part the help seemed very happy. I am sensitive to employees liking their work environment.

Someone spilled a pop on the floor and it was missed in clean up but wasnt sticky. I didnt bother staff over it. They placed a loud family next to us but it wouldnt stop me from using this hotel over and over again.

Nice room for the price. The airport shuttle was super convenient for a midnight flight I came in on. Breakfast was surprisingly good, full continental with meat, eggs, dairy and grains. Friendly helpful staff.

Older building with no elevators, so getting your luggage up and down can be some work if you get a room on the second floor. The bathroom tile gets precariously slick and the non slick mat provided was pretty meager so be extra careful.

Room was clean, housekeepers were friendly, staff, in general, was good.

1. Sign said they would only change towels and linens after three days in deference to the environment 😀. I believe it happened daily ☹️. 2. I found it humorous that one sign said that smoking would incur a substantial cleaning fee, and right next to it was its motto: get the most for your money. So, I should smoke more to get the most out of my cleaning fee? 😆 3. The included breakfast was atrocious. The waffles were ok, standard fare, but the eggs were tasteless and obviously baked from a slurry. Yuch.

Quality Inn & Suites in Medford, OR, offers a convenient location with friendly and helpful personnel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the pool was unfortunately closed during our visit, the overall experience was positive. It's a good choice for clean and accessible accommodation in Medford.

No variation in breakfast over a four night stay. The sheets are not cotton and result in difficulty maintaining a comfortable temperature while sleeping.

Staff went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me with luggage. Great choices for breakfast BUT Elmer's the highest rated breakfast in Medford is ON THE PROPERTY 👍. Hotel I am guessing is older BUT renovation made everything feel and look brand new, extremely clean, very inexpensive sooooooooooo not much else to say. Would def stay again 😊

uhhhhhh not much, about the only thing I can think of is no elevator and it does have a second floor, but staff helped me up the stairs. This place is MASSIVE, multiple buildings and floors, not bad just something to consider.

Convenient to restaurants and especially to the airport.

I chose the Quality Inn for the main reason that it offers “park and fly” with a shuttle to the airport. However, when I checked in I was informed that service is not available now until Labor Day. I was extremely disappointed!!! the airport has also raised its parking fee and I had to pay $85.00 for parking. That made me even more upset. The staff were very nonchalant about it and offered no compensation even though I told them that was the main reason I had chosen their motel! They SHOULD NOT be advertising this service if they aren’t offering it.

The location and room were perfect. The facility is older but well maintained and clean. Very comfortable. The staff were helpful, very pleasant and professional. Loved the restaurant next door! Great food and excellent staff.

The entrance to the office is a bit awkward and confusing to get to and needs some sprucing up.

All went well. The breakfasr buffet was very delicious. Staff was friendly. My sister and husband stayed at a major hotel. My room/suite was much larger than theirs. While I had a couch and table chair, they only had one soft chair and one table chair; and, no microwave. Their theory was that w/o microwave they would have to eat expensive meals there (also no buffet only table seating). I liked my room/suite much better than theirs. The bed was very confortable.

An elevator. It was somewhat hard to carry my suitcase up/down the stairs.

Very well kept property. All clean, tidy, welcoming. Updated rooms with fresh furniture and modern touches. No old-a&& garbage here. Very pleasantly surprised. I'm staying here next time I'm in Medford!

Liked everything, and I'm hard to please. I've been in a lot of mid size hotels, and this was the best. It was 109 degrees outside and that's the only thing I didn't like.
