This apartment was huge! I think we got a last minute deal which was so wonderful since our Airbnb didn't work out a few towns away due to power outage. Not sure we'll get our money back so we are glad it was so reasonably priced. The apartment was clean and pretty comfy. I was thinking the living room should be where the dining room is because this is the only smart TV in the place. My mom and I enjoyed our time there and the beds were very comfortable. Check out needs to be right on time given they were fully booked, but it was good to stay at sea side in this great apartment.

I think the set up could be better and to have the kitchen dining and living area all in the one room then maybe the extra bed at the entrance. But this didn't interrupt our stay much.

The bed was SUPER COMFORTABLE & the HUGE 2 person jacuzzi tub was amazing! The manager Carmen was wonderful & super helpful!! The property was peaceful & quiet our entire stay. We will definitely be back!

The location wasn’t as close to the beach as I hoped. They only provide 2 towels in the room and housekeeping absolutely WILL NOT provide an extra towel, so I had make the trip around the block and feel like I was bothering the office asking for towels each day because housekeeping would come in & take the used ones. Also the room did not have a “Do not disturb” sign to put on the door. The outsourced company that answers the OYO calls were horrendous to deal with & very rude!!! The guy was so hard to talk to that I booked 3rd party & not direct because I couldn’t handle his rudeness any longer.

The location was close to the downtown area (Broadway) and also close enough to walk to the beachfront. It is easy to walk around town, and some of the rooms are right along a river with a nice view. It was quiet yet close enough to all the action. The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchenette was a nice size, plus equipped with enough tools for a short stay for two people. Staff was really nice and attentive to any of our needs. It also gave us a good chuckle that someone left a giant zucchini outside the doors our whole stay, hehe.

Honestly, the only complaint I have is the stairs, but I didn't request a bottom floor room, so that's on me! I just hate stairs in general 😆

Clean. Nice. The Oyo sashes on the bed were a good touch, made it look fancy. Don't think there was air conditioning (if we didn't find it out bad) and it was a bit muggy that night. Otherwise very nice.

No AC(I think). Smart TV was a nice touch but didn't have Netflix and plugging in our own Chromecast was a little more difficult because of how close to he wall the TV was. A little more room would have been nice. Also would have been nice to have liquid hand soap in front of the sink. Also an electric kettle would be nice (maybe just keep one or two around for people who drink tea). These are all tiny issues and won't matter for most people.

Large space! the photos and description does not describe well enough how spacious the 2 bedroom apartment is. We enjoyed the full kitchen, although the provided dish ware was basic it met our needs for us a family with 3 teenagers and a dog.

It was dated but the whole town is older and we were next to the stairs which was noisy when utilized by other guests and the cable TV cuts out all the time

The hotel was easy to get to, parking is free and ample. Check in process very easy. The room was actually very spacious. The mini fridge was a nice surprise. Having a smart TV with all the streaming apps made it easy for entertainment. The floor was relatively newly installed laminate instead of an old, worn out carpet. Bathroom was very clean, and the shower had great hot water pressure. Definitely a find!!

Please install some hooks on the wall or the door inside the bathroom! There’s no way for a person to hang their clothes before or after showering and there is plenty of room on the wall/door for that. Regarding the pet policy- I love it that the hotel allows you to bring pets. It is truly appreciated! However, places that charge a pet fee per pet per night, usually also give you something in return- food bowls, treats, a pet bed, etc. Something to think about…

The bed was very comfy room and the room was spacious and new. Staff was very friendly and kind. Pillows were lovely and not all floppy and over used. Loved the floors.

No extra locks on door made for a tough night of sleep for a female traveling alone. Color scheme was a bit much. A little too overwhelming and not well coordinated with walls and furniture. Location of spa controls is inconvenient. No blinds on windows. and the curtain was not big enough to cover everything. No extra pillows of blankets in the room.

We stayed by the separate river part of the property. The location was terrific to the central district of Seaside. Although we were there only for 1 night and did not get over to the beach, it was also very close to that area, too. Parking was ample. The room was super clean, and the balcony was great to sit out in and decompress after a long drive. The larger room refrigerator and freezer was great to store all of our travel foods.

Not the properties fault but roadwork that created a gravel section right next to the bridge over the river and right next to the hotel was noisy at night until 12 mid-night with several cars and trucks deciding not to obey the sped zone on the area. I would assume that problem will disappear after that road work is completed.

Clean and big room. Helpful staff. Short walk to the beach. Fun interior.

It might have been the last room available but our view was of another house very close by with windows so not private at all. It’s a big hotel/inn with better options and some rooms even had balconies. Another issue was no soundproofing. Upstairs guests had busy, loud feet and it was very hard to sleep. I was also woken up by their feet and shower at 6:30 am.

Everything was fine. I'm not used to summer beach prices, so the room cost seemed a bit high, but we enjoyed everything. Kitchenette and dishes/cutlery/fridge were great to have.

TV with two remotes was problematic. Got super help from the front desk, but I bet that's a pain having to help a lot of people. TV operation needs to be simplified for the sanity of all involved. You provide shampoo. Why not conditioner? Gotta get the soap out! Needed help finding the "secret" lock at the top left of the sliding glass door. Put a little note in the room somewhere -- maybe even on the door frame.
