I should mention that I got a pretty good discount for my stay, which gave it an extra point or so. But overall this was a pleasant surprise. The beds and room were comfortable, and the room was very quiet, which is important to me. Breakfast was a definite plus -- real eggs, real bacon, real roast potatoes. Wifi is pretty good. The location is good though not ideal, but places closer to the battlefield are pricier and the extra couple of miles was no big deal.

The coffee is dreadful -- weak and acidy. Front desk staff was polite but not terribly helpful. For example, I had a question about the wifi but there was no instruction to use the room phone to call the front desk (and dialing 0 had not effect), so I had to go downstairs to ask. When I mentioned this, the clerk just shrugged and mumbled the code was 701 (or something). My freezer was completely iced up -- I menitioned this to the clerk, who (again) shrugged and suggested I turn the setting down -- which would probably help in a few days but was obviously not useful information for me then. On checkin, the clerk told me the important sites (and sites) were "just a mile away" which is simply not true -- more like 5 - 10. Not a big deal, but odd that she wouuldn't know.

It is in a great location and new updates make it very presentable. Overall the breakfast was great, the sausage was greasy and they ran out of scrambled eggs the second day we were there.

Not enough clarification on having to go to breakfast in the adjoining hotel. They need to explain to guests so we didn’t have to stop other workers asking where to go for breakfast. We also did not know we could use the pool at the Eisenhower Hotel. That information would have been important to get.

Hotel, and location were great. Staff greeted me everytime I came to and thru the lobby.

Breakfast and pool were far from the main hotel, and especially at night it was so eerie and quiet during our stay (I didn't mind, but wife was creeped out) the pool was heated "in spots", but the pool area was also "under renovation" wife and I swam alone in dark pool room while russian men spackled and listened to russian radio. Interesting experience, but not really a complaint.

Friendly staff

Breakfast staff was not overly friendly Tv need a way to watch streaming service Front desk should be educated on different things to do in the area maybe even have a list of suggestions or places and restaurants. Also the room write up was misleading there was no pull out sofa like stated

The room was extremely clean and the staff was awesome. Newer hotel with great amenities. The location was perfect for our trip and plenty to do around the area if you have time to kill. I would absolutely stay here again.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Far from restaurants and only the basic complimentary breakfast. Pool was supposedly unavailable due to large party but very cars were in the lot and no crowd in sight. Not informed until check-in. No adjustment to rate for lack of access.

Kids loved the pool! Breakfast was good! Staff at the main hotel was great. Could t get service at the attached restaurant waitress was playing on her phone.

Our room smelled a little musty I think because the bathroom fan wasn’t working

The facilities were excellent. There is plenty of outside grounds for walking, and just enjoying the quiet sounds of nature. However, what excited me most was not the hotel, but a short distance up the road was the site of The Battle of Gettysburg.

I wake up too early compared to most people and was unable to have a cup of coffee before departing (3:30am). Otherwise, it was perfect

Room was quiet and comfortable. The food at the breatfast buffet was tasty, there was an excellent variety, and the server was helpful.

There was a lot of consturction at the Eisenhower (next door property that is connected) which made navigating o the breakfast area a challenge. The indoor pool was also closed due to the construction.

It was a nice comfortable room and the staff was really nice. We actually lost power one our second night there do to a bad thunderstorm that came through, the staff was great and tried to keep us updated on when it would come back on.

Only thing I would like to see change is having a light on the sign where you turn into the hotel or maybe a bigger sign, otherwise I have no complaints..
