Room was comfortable. Dinner in restaurant was quite good -hotel food sometimes is not. Meeting rooms were comfortable and temperature regulation was good (not too hot or too cool, as is sometimes a problem).
I hate locations out on an interstate. I much prefer in-town, but this is in part because where feasible, I prefer to travel by train. I realize most people drive and often don't want to be in the city, if it is not an attractive one with good restaurants etc. Of course, this was a reasonable choice of the organizations (American College of Physicians).

Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Super comfortable bed! Very clean hotel. Didn’t go swimming but the pool looked great!
Bathroom door knob came loose and toilet flush is supersonic. Shower curtain is too short and water got on the floor, but it was still a great hotel experience.

Location is good to Hershey Park, the room is spacious.
Not enough complimentary items (like coffee and hot chocolate drinks in the lobby area. Also the elevator is kind of slow.

The hotel is very nice. Very clean and spiffy. Breakfast buffet was nice.
This was extremely expensive. Never paid this much to stay in this area in my life. The place is getting a multimillion dollar renovation in the fall that it doesn't need, Guess that is why they charge so much.

The room is clean, and the indoor and out pool is the best. The breakfast is great, but on the 2nd day, we wait too long because it wasn't buffeted style. Otherwise, everything was great.
