I loved the room, the beds were comfortable, the coffees were made all day and night, the area was perfect.

There was someone smoking weed that was very strong, the staff members didn't do anything about it when someone else reported it. There was guests in the hallway on cellphones being loud and staff could see on camera and didn't do anything. I wouldn't recommend this as a place to bring your children.

That there was a $50.00 deposit charge that was not listed anywhere because I used booking

The price listed on booking.com was great ($ 76 Canadian Dollars). There must have been additional charges not included in your price? The $62.04 USD converted to $88.00 CDN? Great breakfast options. Gilligan's very close by - would book again just to be close to this great restaurant/sports bar combo.

Our room was right over the lobby - first off the elevator. Very noisy and black out drapes did not fully cover the window so very bright with hotel and street lights. Next time I will ask for a better room - facing the back and away from major parking lot and road. Hotel was empty - no reason to give us the worst room in the hotel. King size bed with 3 ridiculously small pillows. Had to unplug clock radio due to the buzzing. TV barely available - no streaming options included. Hot tub unavailable. A surprise USD $2.50 booking fee which we had to pay at the desk. No newspaper.

Beds were amazing, room was nice, AC worked well. Breakfast was good, not great. I expected a little more but for the price, it was very good. Staff were very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

breakfast was kinda ehh and carpets, bathroom, and decor were a little dated. I definitely did not like the Dish TV service but we didn't watch it much.

Room was big, bed was king size and comfortable. Vending and ice machines conveniently located. TV was good, bathroom was also huge with bath tub. Room had coffee, tea, refrigerator and microwave. No complaints

There were two ev car charges outside but I couldn't figure out how to work them. One might have been out of service. It was late so I was unsure

Check in was easy. The young man who checked us in was extremely efficient and polite. The hotel is in a safe location with good lighting in the parking area. The breakfast was the same as any of the hotels that offer *free* breakfast ... that includes the pricier hotel brands. It is all the same fruit, yogurt, toast, eggs, sausage ... must say this hotel had ham. Everything was clean and well kept. The breakfast bar was constantly monitored to keep things fresh and appealing. The towels and.linens were nice.

At this.price point there was absolutely nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Please change the sign from Best Western to Wyndgate. The front desk person explained the charges before I needed to ask.

The scrambled eggs served for breakfast were over cooked and rubbery. A hot cereal for breakfast would be nice. room was not made up daily, but was clean upon arrival. Paid an early check-in fee.

The complimentary continental breakfast is a rarity st this price point and it's quite good. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms well appointed.

I have stayed multiple times it’s very well kept and staff get a A+ with service. The breakfast is a plus. Would recommend to anyone.

The fact that Wingate by Wyndham is now the title they should have give the owners updated renovations that go with their name. Just saying.

Although the breakfast was pretty good (sausage patties were great), the yogurt machine seemed to be having some issues and the egg things were kind of lame. Not a big problem though. There was enough to eat.
