For the price, Everything was good. Breakfast was good. Nice little bar/restaurant. The room was decent. Nice exercise area and outside sitting area.

The pool. Maybe it was the weekend that we went but it's was alot of kids that was part of cheerleading team I assume. Well I have 2 little ones and a pregnant wife, it was overly crowded, alot of kicking, splashing, throwing each other in the air. With no regards that we had 2 little ones in the pool, I couldn't take it no more. All together it was over 20 people in that small pool

Room was great. Very spacious. Liked the Keurig for hot drinks and freezer for our cooler ice packs.

When booking, it said breakfast was included, but breakfast was only available on Saturday and Sunday. This is disappointing to a families that look for a place to stay with breakfast so you don't have to rush and find something else. We brought muffins with us, but after 2 years, you could start offering breakfast during the week again.

I really enjoyed the room the most. It was very clean, and everything seemed to be in tip-top shape. I enjoyed the indoor pool as well. For me location is key, and this hotel was the perfect lock!

There was only one thing that I didn’t like. Once I got in the room, the heater/ AC wasn’t allowing me to turn it on and off. I couldn’t even change the temperature to hot or cold. So if this would be fixed, I’d say that this was a great hotel stay for my needs!

The hotel wasnt the BEST I’ve stayed in but definitely wasnt the worst. Staff was great helped with everything.

Booked two of the same rooms and requested both near each other, however when i got there they told me i booked a handicap room which i lnow i didnt because nobody in my party was handicap. Tried to switch to be o the same floor but would have to go from 2 queens to one king bed and wasnt a good option with 2 kids. Pool could be cleaned a little bit more it looked really cloudy or maybe the lighting but didnt look clear at all.

The beds were very comfortable

Bathroom has a very low flush. The shower curtain smelled which made the bathroom smell. Other then that I enjoyed my stay.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel itself was clean. Staff was friendly. Location was convenient to everything nearby.

Breakfast wasn't included though online said it was, but my confirmation confirmed it wasn't.

The location was close to Hershey Park, our family reunion @ Hershey High School, beds were very comfortable (even the sofa bed), the shower was great, staff was very friendly, & saved me a trip to the store by giving me all the toiletries I needed. 24/7 coffee was the best!!!

I booked through booking.com & breakfast was included, but the hotel said it wasn’t, made us pay for $2 bags each morning, & there wasn’t a lot.

Room was decent and of a good space for the value the rest of the room was clean beside those dead bugs in the inside of the window frame...they had hot breakfast for a fee and the breakfast was good not bad at all...

I didn't like the bathroom vent was super dirty and the room window had dead bugs and spider web in the in side of the window frame

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very nice and clean. The location was perfect for our visit to Hersheypark.

Room was clean and beds were comfy.

Shower looked very nice, but took a while for water to come on and when it did the water pressure was very low and it took a little while for the hot water to kick in. Also, called down to front desk for sheets/blankets for sleep sofa in room and we had to wind up going down to the front desk to get them.
