The front desk lady who helped us check in on Saturday, May 13th was very friendly. I wish there were more receptionists like her. The room was very clean and smelled very fresh. NO carpets! That was important for us. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with eggs, sausages, different kinds of bread, cereal, fruit etc. Overall, the hotel definitely deserves 10 out of 10.

The lady at the front desk on May 14th in the morning shift was not friendly at all. I hope she just had a bad day (which, in my opinion, should not have affected us) and will be able to offer more friendly vibes to her travelers on other days.

I liked the eggs much better than the typical scrambled. Sausage good! My partner would have liked peanut butter. But the very best thing was the room! It was immaculate!!! And had tons of fanned washcloths and even the tissue in the box had been fanned! LA the desk clerk was very efficient and apologized when we waited (a super short wait). She was very friendly and acknowledged us each time we entered or exited. But let me say again, the room was immaculate!! The mattress may have sagged a tiny bit but cleanliness and friendliness go a long way to make up for anything. Loved the pictures of downtown too

With one exception, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We have been visiting this hotel frequently for several years, because it is sensibly priced and well located for our needs. Unlike other hotels at this level, the bed and furniture were very comfortable.

Our only complaint was a (toxic) coolant leak from either the fridge or aircon the first night. I reported this to the night receptionist. She started a pointless argument about it but eventually agreed to move us to another room. Being busy at midnight is no excuse.

Everything. Great night sleeping on a very comfortable bed and the room temperature was just right. It was quiet. The breakfast was good and easy.

The set up of the bathroom shower entrance. Awkward! Upon leaving there was a blood thirsty call heard in the parking lot asking for help. HUH!! Unusual experience that was. It was chilling.

The location was great and the room was comfortable.

Some of the equipment in the Fitness Center didn’t work and there were no signs informing guests about that. Also, the smoking area should be far enough from the entrance such that the noxious smell of cigarette smoke does not permeate the lobby of the hotel.

I like the room size, the standard breakfast and the long time frame that was offered for it.

I didn’t like that the front desk staff was so mean and not helpful. I had a overflowing toilet in my room that never got solved, I had a flying bug problems in the bathroom that never got solved, and last but not least when I asked for new linen for the bathroom because we used the original linen to soak up the water from the toilet we was told “Oh, housekeeping comes in tomorrow morning they can give it to u then.

Quiet room, very clean, comfortable bed with good pillows, large closet, nice shower, soft towels, sink outside the bathroom was very convenient for 2 people. LOVED the wood floor—so much more sanitary than carpet. Strong wifi. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging.

Everything was great. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

tv…only 2 channels. Chrome cast was not working. no safe in the room unlike described. Made evenings a little long in the room with the kids with no entertainment.

The person at the front desk. Another person said he didn't do anything to make her so miserable,so I know it wasn't just me. She wasn't very friendly and maybe she was having a bad day. The next day she seemed a little better. I felt like I was bothering her and she looked angry.

The other younger lady at check-in seemed miserable. I said hi once, she ignored me. I said hi when I came back in, she looked at me like she was annoyed. Such a miserable person. (the one with layers of makeup) Bathroom ceiling had clear water damage. It was off-putting.
