How I told Miss Brenda one of the manager that I was going to stay there during the weekend that they were getting ready to be sold out and she said okay I'll put you on the list so you won't be affected by it fell out she didn't so I had to leave the hotel with nowhere to go and I had to find a hotel that I had been there almost two months and told me that i could be there passed that Friday and i thought that was so wrong and they did nothing to help me because one of there staff didn't do what she was supposed to and I felt like I should have been accommodated but they didn't I feel like my color played a part in it

location very convenient to Pitt without the high price of staying in the city. sheetz right next door made it easy to step out for coffee or snacks at any hour. king suite with kitchenette was perfect for traveling when we wanted comfort beyond a traditional hotel and options to bring back food when we didn’t want to eat out.

the mattress could be more comfortable and the shower did not have a liner, just the cloth curtain. also the bathroom fan was always running so we had to shut the door when sleeping to cut down the noise

Breakfast was very good although would have liked better selection of fruit and carbs.

Nothing. Only thing to note was that the faucet in the tub would not turn off completely so there was a constant drip.

The pillows were comfy. I loved the layout of the room. For the most part the room was clean. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was amazing.

Mattress was a bit to firm. The room needed a bit of maintenance: the curtains were a bit uneven, the rug look like it needed a good shampooing, the couch looked like it needed a good scrubbing, and the little kitchenette needed a better cleaning. Also the doors on both closets were messed up.

Breakfast wasn't anything special but was fine. Location was excellent. The woman (Latoya) who checked me in was great!

Always enjoy breakfast, bed comfy, easy access.

No discounts for seniors or AAA there no mention on your website

Darlene was the best

The rooms very very spacious, clean and comfortable. We only had 4 people but you can easily fix 6 comfortably. Room was clean and the location was great. Would highly recommend and will stay here anytime visiting the Pittsburgh area. The staff was fantastic all throughout our stay

When we requested additional linens and a bigger pot to cook vegetables in. Both times items were brought right away. That was really nice!! Rooms were very clean and comfortable, cozy just like home.

Bring back the breakfast buffet ASAP. The bagged breakfasts are not healthy.

The people were very friendly the rooms are laid out very nicely the location is great I had no problems at all and I have no regrets at all
