Clean, Good Location, Great Staff. Breakfast was good and had a wonderful selection and good service. POOL HOURS DISAPPOINTING!

I was very disappointed with the pool hours. I had planned this visit to take children for a fun overnight while doing other things in Pittsbugh. I had called ahead of time and was told the pool hours were 8am-10pm. Upon arrival at check in was told pool hours were 9am-7pm strictly enforced . With having other commitments we only had an hour each day to use the pool. There were many other families extremely disappointed too. As many were busy during the day and planning to swim in the evening. One family had booked a room for a girls birthday.I could understand if a lifeguard was being paid but swimming was at your own risk. I may have made other arrangements if I had been told of the pool hours change in advance, I had called and specifically asked the times.

The view from our room of the water was great! Plus the seating area and fire place outside by the water was nice and a great way to end the night. It's within walking distance of plenty of things to do in the area. We honestly had the best day/night while staying here!

The only negative I really have is that the pillows weren't the best (however the bed itself is comfortable). The people working the front desk could have been a little better, it felt like we interrupted their hang out session when we walked it. But everything went smoothly and we had zero issues other than that!

Great breakfast grandkids loved the pool

Checked in Thursday 6/7 the person at the check in desk a large man was rude no personality Checked in with my grandkids spent all day at kennywood made the mistake of asking if they had a lounge so i can have a beer because i did not see the fridge it made him angry he had to walk over to show me luckily my grandkids were there otherwise may have gotten ugly don't appreciate being made a fool otherwise we had a good time

The room was nice and cleanly with a super comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety of foods. Nice central location to plenty of activities and restaurants within walking distance.

We had trouble getting our door to open with the key card, it took a few tries every time. Kids were stampeding down the hall shaking the floor and screaming loud late at night, but that’s not the hotels fault (just hitting the min sentence requirement).

The location, staff, and access to a warm breakfast were great. Also close to a lot of shopping and dining. I like that a simple walk out of the back of the hotel the river was right there.

I would have like to be on the backside of the hotel to take advantage of the river view. Also that the property assumes no responsibility for vehicles or valuables (which is fine) but they don't even offer the accountability of cameras on property. We've had a vehicle broken into before and cameras on the property would have been a nice safety net for customers as it might have led to the assailant being held accountable for their crime.

The room sizes,, the free breakfast, The pool availability, the extra free water bottles, easy access to the mall, free parking, pleasant hostess at the front desk and a sense of safety for the children we brought with us.

My heater in the room kept kicking out cool air, I requested someone to come fix it. Maintenance came up to fix it but it never work correctly. I was offered to move to another room but we were leaving the next day and had too many things to move. I'd like to have the toiletries in the room as opposed to having to ask for them at the from desk. shampoo, lotion, soap and extra towels but not such a huge problem. Most people bring their own. It was 8 of us.

Breakfast. Although the hot foot was only Luke warm. I like the location as there is alot to do in the area

The smell of Marijuana outside the entrance on Saturday night. Same night, appeared to be a couple people hanging out in the seating area where the food was served that weren't guests

Nice location. Easy access to everything.

It would be great if you would add the Movie theater and Waterfront shops to your website and brochure as we were not aware of anything around the area, but the theater, until my husband googled about the about crane..the shops are a awesome attraction to your hotel.

Very comfortable room. Nice view of the river. good breakfast buffet.

The coffee at breakfast is really bad. There is no excuse for such low quality coffee - on par with a budget airline :( Definitely time for an upgrade. We literally through the coffee into the river.

I loved the room location with a view of the river. The room was clean with white sheets and temperature control. The staff was friendly and helpful. The outdoor seating on the river with a fireplace was wonderful.

One of the staff members did not wear a mask. Someone was chain smoking right in front of the outdoor fireplace. She stayed for the entire time we sat for breakfast; and to make matters worse, she threw her cigarette butts in the beautiful fireplace. (I’m not sure how the hotel could fix this except to place signage to ask that guest not throw items in the fireplace?)
