The most convenient hotel for families with small kids. Carpeted floor allowed kids to play on the floor (unlike hardwood or tile which is common for other hotels), paper plates and cups for breakfast reduced stress for parents that kids can break the plates or cups. Very nice breakfast. Laundry room and 24-h market on the ground floor added comfort to our stay there. Nice location - close to Kennywood Park

The stuff didn't want to let use the dryer in the laundry despite the sign there "guest laundry", but finally she allowed to use it. No idea why she was against at the beginning.

Location was great, finding it was easy, so many things within close proximity. Biggest plus was the young lady that checked us in between 3 and 4 pm on Tuesday. I wish I had her name but hope you can identify by day n time. She was truly pleasant and as I started to elevator and she saw my husbands mobility is extremely challenged she offered to look for room in 1st floor, found one, switched out our key cards then walked with my husband down hall and brought our suitcase since I had several other bags. She is a star employee and hotel is blessed to have her! Breakfast was great. Staff member there very friendly as well.

Stone and concrete broken up, patched up, uneven going from handicap ramp to main door that was uneven and not safe for patrons with compromised mobility.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Good shower. Good location. Breakfast was adequate. We felt very welcomed and no road noise so a quiet night's sleep. We would stay there again.

Breakfast was adequate but not excellent. I let staff know it would have been nice to have a clock in the room. They were very receptive to this.

Excellent location with tons to do around the area. The staff was very welcoming, and the lady in the dining room serving breakfast was very nice. Hotel was y der construction but everything was very well maintained and was not in the way of the guests. Very good breakfast selection as well!

It was wonderful. For breakfast, there were hot items and fruit and a few take away items so you could have something on the go which was so nice. It wasn't noisy at the hotel and everything was very clean. There were hand sanitizers all over so you could always feel clean no matter what you touched. I was very happy with my stay and the folks there were really nice and I would stay there again anytime. If the other hotels I have stayed at could take lessons from this place, the world would be a happier place.

I don't have anything that I could find to improve on. I enjoyed the whole stay.

The staff were friendly, the free breakfast was great (especially the cinnamon rolls). They were great accommodating an infant and had a crib waiting in our room.

The pillows were flat like any other hotel, although I'm spoiled and have memory foam at home.

Our room was quite large. The hotel was convenient for us location-wise since it was walking distance to where our family lives. There was a nice variety of items to choose from for breakfast - cereals, pancakes, eggs, etc. Coffee was ok. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Coffee could be better quality and stronger.

The staff was extremely friendly. The receptionist was kind and calm when handlings difficult customer. Staff gets 10+ stars. Great location for why we were in the area. I travel a lot and the breakfast was AMAZING!!!

All hotels are overpriced for the short time you spend there. Higher rates on the weekend are a ripoff.

Staff forgot to clean my room on one of the days, when I asked staff about it I didn't really get a response.
