Stylish rooms and facilities, rooms had everything we needed, plenty of towels, appliances etc, the pool is heated year round and was a nice added.bonus to use in December, gym was modern and the downstairs bar was lively, didnt encounter any issues, would stay again

Breakfast is served in the adjoining Italian restaurant, although it is not communicated very well by the hotel, breakfast was included in our room rate but they the restaurant says they don't know what the hotel does in terms of charging and vice versa, it's a 40$ breakfast credit so it's not a fully inclusive breakfast, hotel need to communicate this better to eliminate any confusion, reception could of ran through hotel facilities and brief tips upon check in including breakfast etc

Location, location, location! This hotel is perfect for visiting the city of Philadelphia. The facilities are beautiful, the rooms well appointed and beds very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and always pleasant and polite.

The hotel was very very noisy during our second night, not sure whether the very loud music came from the street, although this is doubtful since we were high on the 32nd floor, or from a party that was given within the hotel... We could not get the nespresso coffee machine to work. In the end, I'm not sure this was worth $1200 for two nights...

The view, the decor, the wet deck, and the front desk staff was amazing!!

The wet deck staff and the lounge downstairs staff was a speed bump in our stay. We were excited to get a moms night out and they were slow and the place was dead. Also we stood at the bar for 25 minutes asking for the same drink three times to three different wait staff as we watched them serve others. We ended up calling it a night early because it was frustrating.

Great location, great view, nice restaurant (great pizza) and bar, well-equipped fitness center, and reasonably quiet room. Linens and bed were high quality. Smart TV worked well, but the remote control response was slooow.

Very little bathroom privacy, Booked a king corner room, but it wasn't available upon arrival and we got a double queen instead. Broken dresser drawer. Light control didn't work. Key-card response was hit and miss. Very dark lighting overall but I guess that's the theme?

The room was amazing. The view was Awesome.

The price of parking in garage while staying overnight was over priced. I also would of liked to paid cash for it & was not asked & they charged my vehicle to my room.

We liked the pool and wet bar area. The gym was also very nice.

The valet service was not so great. The sliding bathroom doors did not offer much privacy as you could see through the one inch gap with the sliding door closed. We paid for free breakfast, but instead got comped $10/person for breakfast; which is fine, but not what we paid for.

The location was perfect and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The property was only cleaned twice during my 7 night stay and I had to sternly request that it be cleaned on 4th day. I don’t believe COVID should be used as a reasonable justification for not having the rooms cleaned since masks were not made mandatory anywhere in the hotel.

It’s a nice hotel with great views. If it had not been for the Canadian smoke the 36th floor would have been amazing.

The immediate neighborhood was pretty sus. There’s no place I would have ‘comfortably’ walked to. The surrounding food options were very limited.

Had to pay $13 a day for wifi, which is pretty unforgivable given this is not a cheap hotel The pool area was very small and the pool water was too hot!!!! Not refreshing in a hot day!

I wish they had vending machine or store for after hours snacking. They should include at bare minimum a fridge in the room or at least a note stating the items the guests can request to be brought to the room. We requested a microwave. They did bring it and I felt bad about having the young lady carrying it around the room but she did it with a smile and didn't complain.
