It was super smooth to check in and we were able to leave our bags in the luggage lockers. Super easy and convenient. Location was great. The bed was comfortable. In general, we were happy with our 2-day stay. Would come again!

Many of the guests were families and we heard them a lot in the evenings and mornings. Kids were being loud and it was a bit annoying. Since there was no reception, we couldn’t really raise a complaint. Additionally, the amenities could have been a bit more cleaner but I do understand it is an old city and the building is old.

I loved everything. It was truly comfortable. I was able to wash clothes, have fresh coffee every morning, sleep comfortably. It was amazing. I'm hooked.

The location was not the best. There were people constantly loitering outside of the building and I did not feel safe entering and/or leaving. Even though the noise from outside couldn't be controlled, it made it hard to sleep.

i noticed when i arrived that the photos when i booked were photos of a different room, no big deal it was still a nice room...my biggest complaint was besides the love seat, there was not a single chair to sit on or even a small table to eat at or small desk/mantle to work on my laptop, had to use the couch and coffee table which killed my back, but there was def room for a small kitchen table with 2 chairs and a space for a laptop/ipod w/chair for work purposes...they just need to utilize some of the wasted space that's all...otherwise all good, would def stay there again.

no restrooms in the lobby was a disadvantage. And staff were much less friendly than the Sonder we stayed at in NYC.

It was a self-accessing building which was convenient. There were also courtesy storage lockers for use prior to checkin which was perfect for us. Clean, nice apartment and great deal and location in downtown Philadelphia!

We loved that it was really close to the main activities in the downtown area. We could walk to bars and restaurants, Love park, Liberty Bell, etc. THe place was also very secure and the staff on site was very helpful with any questions we had. The automated check-in/out was also very simple to use.

No parking! This is truly an issue especially that the the closest parking, although not too far is expensive without any special daily rate. So if you're in/out during the day you pay the min each time so it does get expensive. Use the Parkit app for better rates. Also, Sonder is a oneway St with relatively no space to park in front when loading or unloading your car. You may have to hauler your luggage from your parking unless someone stays close by. Lastly, for those of us tourists, it may look like the neighbourhood seems a little ''unsafe'' but we never had any issues while walking the streets. Coincidence? Maybe, but we truly liked our stay!

Best location. For us, walkable to everything. Surrounded by excellent restaurants. Very clean. Nice linens, bedding and dishes. Wonderful to have full kitchen and laundry.

Very noisy location (you know you’re in for it when they supply packs of ear plugs!) If you have 4 people splurge on a two bedroom. Tiny, uncomfortable sofa bed, rattling refrigerator and no blackout blinds makes for little sleep in living room. The people in bedroom slept great…Due to surrounding tall buildings no sunshine in apartment and no view. The essentials pantry was never restocked during our 6 night stay so we had to bug them for TP, coffee filters, etc. (which were eventually brought to our room).

You need to put all fees in the price. No one likes a bait and switch or surprises with non refundable hotel rates. It would have been so easy to do this. $100 is a bit excessive. Also security measures more rigorous than international airport TSA. Booking.com is mostly responsible for both of these situations. A little information goes a long way.
