I liked the hotel a lot. It is not much visible from the street but it is at a very good location (5 minutes from metro-direct line to airport and walking distance to local attractions). Check-in is smooth, can be done online, I love the option to use Apple Watch/iPhone insteaf of key (it is really working smoothly). The room has the right size (I was alone), bed is comfortable, A/C is individually controlled. There is minifridge, microwave, and coffee maker, but I prefered the coffee machine at the lobby with many options (great cappuccino). Refillable bottles for water are available at each floor. Gym is also well equipped for regular exercise. I was a bit suprised that room cleaning is not done automatically, but you can ask for it in the morning. In general, it was a pleasant stay.

There is no deposit safe in the room and not much space for storing clothing.

The rooms are nice, the cleanliness is very good, and the lobby living room is relaxing, but the best thing about this hotel is its location. Also, having access to a gym and laundry was an added bonus which many hotels don’t offer, so that is also highly appreciated.

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking (I prefer mattresses to be a bit more firm). They did not offer caffeine-free teas, only coffee and caffeinated teas. The laundry machines are not user friendly and took nearly 8 hours to dry my clothes (yes, you read that right - nearly eight hours).

Exceptional Stay! I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, Quinton was incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel offers thoughtful touches that really made our stay stand out. The coffee machine in the lobby was top-notch, perfect for getting our day started. We were also impressed by the sparkling water on tap, which was a nice surprise, and the free bottled water on every floor, available 24/7—such a convenient and thoughtful amenity. One of the best parts was how accommodating Dermot was after check-out. He kindly held onto our bags so we could continue exploring the city without any hassle. They also provided us with maps and excellent tips for sightseeing, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and attention to detail. We’ll definitely be coming back!

That you had to call for room service. I know this is not a huge deal but would be nice to just not have to worry about it.

Very quite. I couldn't hear any neighbors nor the city noise. It's in a good location. We had plans to do gold at puttshack and it was right across the street. Continental was a few blocks away, great good, we went three times! Rooms were a bit smaller than I was expecting but good enough. I wish there was a way to open the windows, but they are sealed. Bathroom was small. We had a king bed but it was two beds pushed together. We could tell because one was slightly lower than the other. There was no fridge in the room so that was disappointing. There was a 24 hour self serve coffee area in the lobby. Staff was friendly, but you can check in ans check out on your own. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

- excellent and easy check in, basically you do it yourself but staff were helpful. - beds were very comfortable. - large enough room to put our stuff and enough outlets to charge things. It had a window but was easy to make the room dark and nice to sleep in. - The shower was hot. - drinking water is cold and easy to access. - very easy to get to and a great location near the main street without it being too noisy.

- shower (though hot) had only a little water pressure, not bad but I would like it a bit stronger - bathroom though functionally good, was a bit on the awkward side for space having only a shelf for storage and not a large place to hang towels.

The hotel is within walking distance of many historic spots—just a 7-minute walk to JFK Plaza/Love Park, 20 minutes to Chinatown, and about 30 minutes to the Rocky statue. It's near Market and Broad Streets, two of the city’s main avenues. There are plenty of shops and eateries within a few blocks, and Rittenhouse Square, with its unique bars, is just two to three blocks away. Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom Rack outlets are right across the street, and there's Puttshack nearby for indoor mini golf, dining, or drinks. The area felt safe to walk around, even at night. The hotel itself has excellent security—guests need a key card for elevator access to the lobby and to enter after hours, with key access in the elevators as well. Our room (301) was a quiet corner room, and though I’d read the rooms were small, it was the perfect size for us.

Did not have a closet for hanging clothes.

I like the people - Stephanie, Dermot, Quinten, have stay several times over the past few months- and has become a home away from home. I like the “coziness” sounds weird maybe but the lobby has a charm and certain feeling that’s just not like a traditional hotel. Gotta say, love the water stations on each floor. Has a good little gym, and you can even wash your clothes while you work out…. I like leaving in the am from the lobby and then transition to the city of Philly- it’s like a transport into a different reality.

Rooms are a little small but I’m not there or room- so not really an issue Should have fridge for multiple night stays without asking - not a problem to ask as they are happy to accommodate

The hotel looked quite new and was welcoming and warm. My room was spacious and cozy with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was quite small and without a window, but equipped with toiletries. Coffee machine and capsules were complimentary, as well as water, which was available at the fountain in the corridor, and more coffee options available in the hall. Staff really nice and willing to help. The area is quite lively, close to bars and restaurants. The main issue was the fact that it was not possible to open the window to freshen up the room.

Fantastic location. Within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping, tourist sites. Parking was reasonably straightforward for a hotel located in the heart of a large city. Attractive facilities, nice-looking hotel. Complimentary bottled water, tea, coffee. Great staff, very helpful and courteous. Room was decent-sized.

Instructions for entering parking garage could've been clearer. My first time through I hit the wrong option and didn't get a ticket to be validated, forcing me to exit and re-enter the garage (was charged for an hour's parking even though it was literally just me passing through). Bathroom shower stall had some odd indentation by the faucet that I had to be careful not to step in when washing my hair. No breakfast option.

The staff was amazing. Whoever checked us in was one of the nicest people I've ever met in a customer service setting. Super personable, kind, and genuinely a good person.

The lighting in the room was a little off, also the TV was outdated and hard to use. The picture of the movie we were watching kept skipping. Please consider replacing the TVs. Also, a mini fridge would have made our stay better. I'm a breastfeeding mother, and I was struggling to keep the milk cold enough for storage, I had to end up throwing a couple bags away.
