We stayed overnight at the Hilton Home2Suites prior to catching an early morning flight. Their staff was very accommodating in providing a shuttle to the airport to return our rental car the night before our flight, as well as the following morning to catch our flight. We liked the set-up of the room, with a useable kitchenette that offered a small refrigerator, microwave and dishwater, along with cookware, dishes and cutlery. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure and lots of hot water. We left too early in the morning to explore their breakfast offerings. The location is convenient, about a 5-10 minute drive to the airport.

The air conditioning system is a unit that is adjacent to the wall, under the window overlooking the parking lot. Some people don't mind having cold air blowing on them at night, but for me it didn't contribute to the the most restful night's sleep. I tried just turning on the fan (without A/C), which was a slight improvement.

Everything was clean and comfortable at this hotel. The room was fairly big and the TV worked great. The shower was big and had great hot water. There was a giant fridge for a hotel.

Everything was great but the AC wasn't working when we first got to the hotel. The front desk sent matinance up and he had it fixed in 10mins. They were very quick and respectful to our needs.

It was exceptional and the staff was great and nice the entire stay that we had. Sheba and mark was excellent and we only had one problem that we did have they were very fast to make it right. Which was that they forgot the trash when they cleaned the room which is very minor to us, but they did make it right as soon as we asked about it. It was also really close to a lot of dining options as well as shopping. The rooms were also very quiet and we will definitely visit again.

I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The cleanliness, staff, great location to downtown Charleston, the battery, market's. Room was exceptionally clean. Pool and BBQ very relaxing. Breakfast was above average and geared towards Adult's as well as children. Facilities exceptionally clean. The only thing about this location is you don't have any view of the Charleston vibes because it's in an industrial multiple hotel complexes to choose from.

Parking and evening staff was less than needy to assist with questions.

Everything, every single person working there was very friendly and super helpful. everyone at the desk went above and beyond for us. the room and the whole place was spotless and very very clean. it was the perfect location to the conference. I will definitely stay here again and refer others to stay here too. Thank You

Nothing It was Perfect

The hotel was great and met all our expectations. Booking with booking.com, I probably will not do again. Unable to talk to someone to communicate changes with booking detail. We arrived a day later so did not need the breakfast included on each day and would of appreciated a discount the first night stay since never slept in the room so no need for cleaning the room. I feel we should of not been charged, but no way to communicate this information with booking.com. With the challenges of flying these days, I will probably book directly with hotel to be able to negotiate situations. The hotel could not do anything since booked and paid through booking.com. Travelers should really consider this nowadays with the challenges of the airline system.

The laundry is located in the gym, which makes impossible to exercise due to the very strong smell of detergent

Very clean, perfect location if attending event at the coliseum. Amenities and free breakfast. Staff was helpful and professional.

Had a problem with water pressure in bathroom sink. They fixed it immediately. Would have liked more shower pressure.

This hotel surpassed all of my expectations. I decided to book here due to its location across from the Coliseum. It was wonderful to walk to the show and back, without worrying about an Uber/Lyft. The room was large, clean, and quiet. They gave us a first floor room which made taking the dogs out very easy. I felt safe in the parking lot and walking them late at night. Will book again, thank you!

It was close to the venue where our Cheer competition was. The staff were excellent and had an amazing disposition. The room was furnished so that we didn't even have to ask for extra blankets or towels. We'll definitely come back here next time we're in Charleston.
