Room was spacious but poorly designed. Breakfast was above average. Staff ( Serena) was extremely helpful.

The safety bar in the bathtub is installed at the wrong end of the tub. It’s useless and creates a dangerous situation for us seniors getting in and out of the tub. The TV in the bedroom is so large it blocks the entrance area to the bathroom. The floor at bottom of the bathtub is moldy. There’s only one chair in the suite. Wish there was a coffee bar after the breakfast area is closed but did love the snack area.

The size of the room was excellent, along with the breakfast and the location. We also liked that there was ample parking spaces in the front and the garage.

We did not like the shower at all. The built in fold up chair in the shower was very inconvenient. Additionally, the shower did not have cubbies for our hygiene products. Furthermore, there was not ample room or hooks to hang towels, robe etc. Also we did not like the fact that there was not a bar on site. However, wine bottles was available for purchase at the on site market. I would recommend carrying a wider selections of wines.

Traveling with a family, this location was great. Large rooms, breakfast included, you will likely be driving around Charleston and the surrounding area so free parking was lovely.

I was LIVID when we arrived and was told that the hotel didn't have a crib for our son. I called prior to confirm a pack and play or crib and was assured that it was available. When we arrived, there was no crib and front desk basically told us that it was given away to someone who arrived earlier that day. When traveling with a child, it's imperative to have a place to sleep. I had taken a precaution and packed out pack and play to be safe because we were driving, but if we had flown and didn't have it, our son would have been without a bed which is absolutely unacceptable. I will be following up with the hotel to speak with management.

I like everything about this place. It's very clean. Breakfast was great with some items you don't normally see at hotel self-serve breakfasts. And we love the pool! This is our second time staying here and will always stay here when visiting Charleston.

There wasn't much not to like. One elevator was broken so service was slow but it was fixed the next day so just a temporary glitch.

Rooms were clean no issues but pretty tight - two queen beds plus a living area w kitchenette. Beds very comfortable - AC worked well, nice view of city skyline and river. I am on crutches due to a broken foot and had a difficult time walking around beds and bureau. Breakfast was ok - prepackaged hot foods … no eggs - front desk staff very helpful and nice.

Location was good with quick access to downtown Charleston. The staff was cheerful and did a great job maintaining a very busy property. Fitness room was well equipped.

There seemed to be a problem with supplies in the breakfast room. They kept running out of things. The wifi was a little on the slow side, so the hotel needs to up its bandwidth.

Location was great. Easy access to downtown charleston, and other areas. Rooms were spacious and the couch in the sweet was big and comfy for my teen that did not want to share with her younger sibling.

Pillows were a bit small for the bed and some things needed repair like a light switch that was coming off the wall so it was crooked. The tvs would sometimes randomly turn off.

Great breakfast. Roomy and comfortable room. Clean and welcoming.

I’m still trying to get used to hotel costs since Covid. They have skyrocketed.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a modern, clean hotel. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the location was perfect. Close to downtown and Folly Beach.

Nothing major at all. They did run out of pool towels in the evening, so I had to go to the front desk (wet) to get towels. They were out but did give me bath towels. The beds are a little firm for my liking. But frankly, this is nit-picking, and we intend to stay there again.

Location was great. The breakfast was ok. Our last morning, I believe the sausage was left over from previous day and reheated, because the middle of the patties was cold. Otherwise, it was good.

The tub / shower needs to be updated badly. The tub and fixtures were worn, the shower bar almost fell off, and the curtain was too short.
