Location felt safe and secure, nice option of local eateries as well as the food court in the mall across the street. Nice size Tv, microwave, fridge in our room. Room as well bathroom were very clean.

My only issue and I kind of feel funny complaining because truth be told the housekeeping team was super friendly and accommodating. My only issue was that sometimes when they were cleaning the other rooms in the hallway next to mine the wind would cause the doors to slam causing me to be momentarily startled. My advice would be to place a towel by the door to prevent this from happening.

Rooms were clean, staff was nice, plenty of parking.

I had boxes to new tool for the job we were doing and still not sure which tools would work better but when my room was cleaned the boxes were thrown away. Now I can’t take any of the un needed tools back. I can see maybe doing this after check out but not while still checked in.

I liked the variety of food offered during breakfast. The staff was polite and looked happy, especially the cleaning staff and the ladies who were in charge of the breakfast area. The bed and pillows were comfortable 😌 The bathrooms were very clean.

The only thing I can think of was there was a stain on the carpet but nothing of real concern.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. I had plenty of room for my clothes, the pillows were soft and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location, quite and relaxing.

My only complaint was I didn’t have any towels in my room.

Our stay was short but very enjoyable. Rooms clean, woman at desk, very helpful and professional. Rooms very clean.

We were not impressed with the breakfast. Eggs were very runny and underdone, bisquits were dry, overdone. There was plenty of everything except juice, ran out of apple juice.. chipped beef/hamburger gravy was very watery and no flavor. Just not what I have come to expect from Comfort Inns as a longtime member.. There was NO info in lobby available on Things to do, restuarants etc ...also nothing in rooms, also there was NO TV program/channel listing...very annoying for travelers who are not at all familiar with the area ...

Breakfast was very good. I wanted a ground floor room with close access to my truck. my wife has a hard time walking very far. Without asking for it your agent gave me the exact room I needed must be a mind reader.

My family and I stay at Comfort Inn EVERY time I visit Greenville, at least 5 times already! The interior decor is inviting and I have always received great customer service. The rooms are clean, updated, and spacious enough if you're not staying in there all day. There is no sitting area, but who cares! We got a chance to go swimming which was awesome! The water was nice and warm. Also, this is a great location for eating and shopping being that the Haywood Mall is right across the street. I absolutely will be returning for my next stay in Greenville!!

The only thing I didn't like was that breakfast ended too early (9 am weekdays) and their is only boiled eggs for low-carb eaters.

That it was close to everything and it had everything that you needed.

The beds could be a little bit softer. They are so hard they make your body hurt.

MarK at the front desk was incredible. He made us feel very welcome. We were in our room for about 10 minutes when he called to see if our room was satisfactory. Kudos for a job well done, Mark

location, convenient, very quite

room was a suite but very small room. TV was in front of bed. sofa was away from TV and curtain wouldn’t close and sun shinning in. The bath tub had mold around top of tub and no stopper, only shower.
