The room was great clean , the breakfast was perfect the view was nice &’ comfortable etc. absolutely loved my stay ❗️

The staff , there was one in particular African American with straight back braids and long purple blueish colorful nails. She appeared to work day shift because i saw her in the morning but not at night. She was very rude , nonchalant and disrespectful. Very poor customer service skills and she made me and my family members very uncomfortable to talk to. She was rude to me on 3 different occasions! Beautiful hotel and very clean but she was not a fit for that beautiful building ! 0 rating for receptionist!

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great except for the one day, there were shells in the eggs.

The first morning I woke up to a very strong odor in the room. I couldn't smell it in the hall or anywhere else. One of the cleaning staff was nice enough to come in the room and she immediately said it smelled like gasoline. She proceeded to strip all of the bedding, as she said, just in case the smell was in there. Otherwise our stay was very good.

Janae was excellent she welcomed us to our temporary home for the week. The breakfast was the best we have ever encountered. The pristine salt water pool was scrumptious! It's a 5 min walk to any food you need. There had been unfair reviews that we ignored and glad we did.!!! As expected we paid a deposit and got it back promptly at checkout. I Would highly recommend that anyone stay here.

The front desk staff charged us twice because she could not see our payment on her end even though we could see the money was taken out of our account twice and showed her. We had to call our bank so they wouldn't get 2 payments. That was annoying

I loved how close it was to everything. Also, the breakfast was awesome, great selection! Would definitely stay here again

The manager accused me of smoking into my room and withheld my deposit until I made a fuss, and then they gave it back. I am a pregnant woman and smoking is not something I am currently doing. My floor did smell like smoke, but not my room.

Location felt safe and secure, nice option of local eateries as well as the food court in the mall across the street. Nice size Tv, microwave, fridge in our room. Room as well bathroom were very clean.

My only issue and I kind of feel funny complaining because truth be told the housekeeping team was super friendly and accommodating. My only issue was that sometimes when they were cleaning the other rooms in the hallway next to mine the wind would cause the doors to slam causing me to be momentarily startled. My advice would be to place a towel by the door to prevent this from happening.

Like the location, easy walk to dining options, and short drive to a host of other options. Across from the Mall, 10 minutes drive to downtown Greenville.

Nothing really. Some times during peak demand prices seem higher than normal.

The breakfast was amazing. The price of the room was worth the free contental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and a accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was a little cramped, and the bathroom toilet didn't work that well.
